Have done my hair color and highlights yesterday and it turned out so well. Exactly the colors how wanted to look like. The person who did my hair was “Seher”. She was super patience, and did the entire process perfectly.

Getting an appointment is easy for any service. I never been to this place during busy hours. So, luckily I never waited more than 5 minutes.
I mentioned about my hair length on phone and services that I needed based on that they provided an approximate timeframe.

Service wise they are very good. But a lot of communication gap for appointments and walk-ins between staff. They don't have a track for the appointments. And also they don't know the time estimation for each service. Need to improve their customer service skills. If people are more they are in a rush and compromise for perfection.
3 times used there service and always they were worst that before.
3rd time there owner Naz was out for daughters some ceremony and we had appointment. they not only disobeyed appointment but when we told how we want the haircut, lady there just asked other lady to take over because as per her we bothered her a lot. when we said we dont want to do the haircut lady literally grabed the hand and said no you can not go. terrible...just terrible. if you dont believe please try there service. just unacceptable.. I feel sorry for the owner having such people working for her. shame.
My daughters and I got the haircut here and we were really happy. They take walk-ins so it's a great advantage. The staff is courteous and take good care!
I've been here twice for haircuts. Both times have had good experiences. This is a discount haircut place and I don't expect much more. The hairdressers have their licenses prominently displayed. I wish my chair was cleaner before I sat down. At 9 bucks a haircut, you can't beat it.
I went in to change my look overall from natural black to something lighter..Naaz did advice what will suit as well as she and her assistant were very nice doing the job and made sure they get to the color i wanted to achieve...Thanks Naaz and Nida for making my hair look beautiful..
