First time coming to this eyebrow threading!! Absolutely loved my experience and my eyebrows looks phenomenal! Amazing customer service.
So I was going there for months seeing the old worker Sandy she was amazing I loved it! I go in one day and it’s a complete different worker come to find out she remembers me from a market she used to work at I don’t recall seeing her a lot there then she sits me down and says I don’t like your eyebrow shape!! Whattttt very unprofessional she could’ve asked me if I like them and if I wanted to change them. Hack job luckily I found out where Sandy works and I go there. One day I had no other choice then to come back to ez eyebrows the vibe was so off and very tense in there she didn’t say more than 5 words to me and acted as though she was annoyed she messed up my eyebrows I dont recommend it
I used to come here quite often. I stopped for a while by choice but tried again today and it was not a pleasant experience. I showed up about 4:35 and as soon as I walked through the door, the worker started nodding no, and essentially shoed me away. She said “I’m doing these two and then taking a break…” There was a girl in her chair and a guy waiting. I understood maybe she was tired or hadn’t ate, but I think it’s common courtesy to just lock the door and post a sign saying you’ll be on break. Anyway, I had to ask her what time I could come back and she said, “idk, after five.” I went to kill time with my toddler for about an hour and came back at 5:55. She said she was closed and she closed at 6. I told her I came earlier and she specifically told me to come back after 5 and her hours online say 8. She didn’t seem to care at all. You can tell the customer service aspect is non-existent. She seemed to care less.
Komal is the best! She gets my eyebrows perfect everytime, she's fast yet precise. She always keeps my eyebrows thick like I prefer and has helped transform my shape to how I want. You are in good hands with her!!

It was my first time and the way she talked to me made me feel like a returning customer. It wasn't awkward or uncomfortable. It was quick, reasonably priced, and done beautifully. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that she ONLY did the threading. I have long eyebrow hairs naturally so I usually need a trim at the ends as well but she told me that she doesn't use the scissors...so I had to go home and do that part myself. It would be 5 stars if I could go home and have my eyebrows done and not have to worry about missed steps.
I’m sooo disappointed. I have come here for YEARS and loved it every time. The girl here now did a freaking hack job on my brows. I can’t even tell you how much I hate them. Bring back the other lady!
The gal there I wish I would have got her name was amazing. My first time threading. Hurts just as bad as a wax but I feel the final look is better than a wax. Super thankful they were open later.
