I got acrylic nails here a few weeks ago. I came in yesterday and asked them to soak off my acrylic nails so I could get gel on my real nails. The lady said yes they can soak off my acrylic nails. I sit down in the chair and she takes out an acrylic nail and uses it to rip off each of my acrylics using a separate acrylic nail. just ripping the acrylics right off my nail. It hurt so bad, my nails are still sore the day after. I also got a photo in case of confusion.

I’ve been going here for three years and they never disappoint me. even when i go in and ask for more difficult nail designs they always turn out wonderful. thank you exquisite nails ????????????

I came in today to get some acrylic nails to treat myself and also some nail art and the young lady in there is great with her art and has wonderful customer service and I will be back. I love my nails, I haven't had them done in over 15 years or more.

I have to say I am very impressed with the time and detail the lady put in my nails today!! They are the perfect shape, thickness, length... I really love everything about them. They came out amazing!! This is the only place I will go to! Let them do your nails ????

Very poor service. I went for a polish change on my toes & I walked out looking like a 2 year old polished them. Gel not smooth, partially painted on certain toes. Yeah I’ll never go back

I don't know what this two ladies are talking about. My wife is very particular about her nail and we being all over Hattiesburg from salon to salon and believe me she is very pleased now with her nails.

The salon is very clean and they are very friendly and professional.

As for me I am a Soldier so you can imagine the kind of feets that I have so I decided to get a pedi and I call them 15 minutes prior to closing and they told me that they will wait for me. Honesty they gain me as a client.

And for those that believe the lady about the cleaningnes of this place take a look to the pictures.

This was my first visit here. I was hoping I had found my new nail shop. The service was fast and the price was good are the positives. But from the time I got there the tech that was doing my nails was on her phone , never acknowledged me except to ask what I wanted, then she handed me off to another tech after she put the acrylics on, (some were not matched to the nail bed size and are too big) the 2nd tech was friendly but I told her I liked the nails to be thin, she put way to much powder so they are thick. Also it's only been a few days and I have one already lifting up. I really wanted to like this place.... still gave them 3 stars because the shop was clean

I absolutely love coming to this place! They always go above and beyond customer service! I'm so happy they are back open! They do a fantastic job with SNS nails!
