I took my 7 year old daughter to get our nails done on short notice after being disregarded at the last nail salon we attempted to go to we went into Envy and right away we were greeted and asked what we were looking to get done. They got us both in right away. They absolutely made my daughters day today. The girl that did my daughters nails gave her exactly what she asked for and gave her friendly service with a smile the whole time. Phylicia did my nails and she did an amazing job on my nails and had great conversation and answered my daughters many questions all while still providing me an excellent manicure and experience. We will definitely be back.
Called ahead and asked for availability was able to get in asap she was fast polite and did AMAZING work on my nails. Got the shape length and everything perfect. For the pedicure she was happy polite and once again did amazing work! Highly recommend
I was in and out within 20min, and it shows. The lack of regular clean-up around nails and cuticle clean-up is disappointing. I spent $60 and still have to go home and clean up dip powder all over my skin and refile.
Not worth the money. I won't be back.
This is the worst pedicure I have ever had. I initially wanted the $30 pedicure, but after the lady was done soaking my feet she just wanted to start painting without having buffed my callouses out at all. I then upgraded and had to pay $10 extra to get my feet actually filed down (which I thought is included in most pedicures) The employees there were not friendly and answered my questions very abruptly. The polish job is sloppy and too thick. I am very disappointed and would not recommend.

I took my daughter to the salon for a full set of acrylic nails because we had been pleased with their work in the past, but I was dismayed to see that she already needed a refill when she got home today. The nail tech who worked on my daughter's nails told me that she never files/pushes down cuticles unless specifically requested or doing just a manicure, and that would involve an extra fee. My daughter paid $72 before tipping her. How much more would it be to file down her cuticles? If you consider yourself a professional, you shouldn't let her cuticles cover up half of her nail. I didn't say she needed a manicure but leaving her cuticles to cover so much of the nail makes it look like she did not just get her nails done. To put it mildly, I am very disappointed.
All i have to say is I'm disappointed... I went to get my acrylic nails off. Which as you know, they are very thin after having acrylics. I had to soak them three times, in between each time they drilled off the glue. The last time they were drilling, it was super rough and grind my nail down so much that it was almost to the nail bed. They busted one of my nails and my other nail is infected, i had to got the doctor to get antibiotics. Just really upset and i still had to pay the full price for that like okay i get it but still they ruined my nail and could of made it cheaper or something. Maybe shouldn’t have made me pay..They could have been way more careful especially knowing the nails are thin. They just rush through customers and don’t really care.
Trang is the best! She’s the multitasking queen and answers the phone, assesses the walk in availability, and does your nails at the same time. I’m always really happy with my nails and get lots of compliments on them!
