She did an excellent job. This is the best acrylic overlay I've had from anyone on the coast so far. I am glad that I decided to give Elite another shot. The photos don't do the color - which she also helped me decide on - justice. Her work is very clean and neat.

I think a regular refill would cost less but apparently 2 of my fingers had lifted beyond what's considered refill parameters?! Idk

I went with the acrylic this time because I did not know that dipping powder was such a mess to take off. i tried doing it myself at home, it went so badly that I ended up cutting my nails off.

I got a pedicure, removed my old acrylics & got dipping powder on my natural nails for a total of $73. I have mixed feelings on my experience but the nails were great. 5????

Because of my collective experience with nail salons in MS, from now on, I'll be doing my pedicures 100% at home. However, I do believe that I will revisit Elite Nails for my fingers????????

They are conveniently located & I appreciate Mai's effort at attention to detail.

Forgot to add that I received that card (last photo). It says that after 9 visits - valuing $25/+ - u gain $10.

I got my nails done today and they are so smudged. I usually come here and they are constantly upping the price for the length I get squared long nails and they charge like $7 extra for my length. My nails were extremely rushed. They are really aggressive when it comes to buffing the mail.

The customer service here is horrible, if I ask to rest my arm, it shouldn’t be an issue. I’ve been to PLENTY of nail salons and I am able to rest my arm. My sister was able to rest her arm at this same nail salon with a different nail tech. My nail tech got mad because my arm keep moving, girl my elbow hurt, that’s why I asked to rest it.

The service was rushed. The nail tech was not knowledgeable at all. I showed her a simple color, TAN to be exact, she could not assist. (The color was not in the color wheel because a lot of colors were missing)

She continued to get up to make clients appointments, at least 4 times. At this point I was irritated.

I was in the chair for roughly an hour, mind you I had to get my nails soaked off, so that tells you how rushed my service was.

Will not come back, and will not recommend.

If my sister wasn’t pressed for time (she finished after me and all she got was her REAL nails dipped) I would have got them to redo my entire hand!

Moving forward when I come visit MS, I know to always have my nails done prior!

My new go to salon! Hair nails pedi they will hook you up! Sara kills it with her nail art!

They cannot do nails !!! Do not go here they don’t give you exactly what you ask for …. My nails are too short and expect you to pay full price no ma’am and I asked for square my nails look coffin

Took My wife to pamper herself for her birthday. They did a horrible job and her nails lasted 5 days and started to break. She also did her toes first and was there 3 hours getting nails done. So she thought her toes shouldn't been dry by than. When she left she came home and took off her shoes to find out all of her toe nails got ruined. Don't understand how that happened if she was there 3 hours before putting on her shoes. We where extremely disappointed especially being her birthday and paying so much.

I specifically said I wanted just nail polish-not gel but they really forced it. I hated the color and it was so thick on my nails. It has taken me days to get rid of the gel and my nails are damaged. I just moved here from Chicago-so not a novice. I wanted a mani /pedi with polish. It was $130.00 and I hated the manicure-the pedicure was ok. Again coming from Chicago-I expected better. I will definitely look for a new place or have my nails done when back in Chicago.
