Went there this morning with my sister and niece. And i got the mani - pedi for $37 and up. I picked a color i wanted for my toes and my nails sat in the chair to get my toes done i said i would like the hot wax for my feet (nope i didnt get that) i got a scrubbin and painted. Then i get my nails ready i sit there and she starts working away. I look at my right hand pointer finger and it my fake nail is looking left i let her know and she said it's fine. My nail color does not match my toe color im mad
The lady Lisa i believe is her name, kept disappearing during the visit for 20 to 30 mins after she had already started my acrylic nails, left me in her chair for 30 or so minutes. Nails look like a 5 year old did them, and are sharp. Place is gross and unsanitary. Paid $166 for my mom and I just to be very unhappy with the service. Our appointment was at 2 didn't get to go back until 230 to 245ish. I will not be coming back. Don't come here if you want good looking nails cause you won't get them. Also have most likely a infected toe due to them not cleaning their tools.
Michael is my go to.. I absolutely adore him but most importantly he does an amazing job I even convinced my husband to go get his pedicure and ingrown nail taken out and he did an amazing job while saving me 100s of dollars by avoiding going to a podiatrist!!
I am not one 5o leave a review, much less one of less than positive nature, but I can't let this slide.
I went in, on June 14, for a fill (overlay) and polish. While the application went smoothly, and my color is GORGEOUS, is was a very short lived pleasure. Not even 4 hours later, the acrylic, that was my overlay, chipped and broke 4 nails, causing me to have to file and hope to make them look good, because it was my anniversary, and the damage happened just as we got to the restaurant. So now, my nails are half the length they were, just to compensate for the damage repair. Once the nails broke, it was downhill even more, as my polish was, and is still peeling.
I normally have a young lady that I go to, but she was out of town, so I had to utilize a "substitute".
I will NOT be returning, no matter how desperate. I paid $60 for a service that turned out to be worth no more than $30.

Michael was so fun to be around. As soon as you walk in you can hear him singing away and connecting with his clients. I really enjoyed having him and will recommend him. The lady that did my wifes mani was another story. That lady kept making negative comments about her feet and slapping my wifes hand or leg to switch. Unfortunately my wife has had the same comments regarding to her before so she was able to pick up key words that the lady was saying in her native language. Completely uncalled for.
Wife and I went in for pedicures and she had manicure, Lisa and Fenn thank you so much. Very relaxing and beautiful atmosphere. We look forward to visiting again
