Extremely disappointed with this salon. The regular pedicure was priced on the sheet as $36. That is the one I asked for. When I went to pay it was $50. After the foot scrub my feet are not smooth at all and still dry. There was no massage and the sheet stated there was a lower leg massage with the standard pedicure. My friend got a acrylic fill and kept trying to up charge her. She was told she needed an entire new set and told her that her nails were terrible. After saying no to the whole new set the tech was passive aggressive with her and yanking her hands the entire time. The gel polish is all bubbly and streaky. There is also gel polish all over her fingers. I would not recommend this salon at all.
I continue to give this place chances and it disappoints me every single time for something as simple as a gel manicure. They’re prices are significantly higher ($10 higher) than many places in the Valley and my cuticles are ripped to shreds when I leave and within days I have chips. I can assure you it’s not hand sanitizer, house work, or sunscreen either. For reference this manicure is one week old.
I was recommended by a coworker and I won’t go anywhere else. I see Mary and she does such great work! She is very sweet. I show her pictures from Pinterest and she is spot on. Price is very reasonable. Would highly recommend, make sure you make an appointment, they are busy!
Just finished up here and I’m beyond upset! Don’t waste your time or money. $63 bucks plus a tip and LOOK AT THIS FREAKING PEDICURE!!! My toddler could have done a better job. What a joke, we will never be patronizing this poor excuse of a business again. If I could leave negative stars I would.
I was referred here by multiple co-workers almost 2 years ago and always have had a great experience! My nails used to break quite a bit and often the gel would chip after, but now my nails are stronger than ever - they rarely break, the colors don’t chip and I’m always pleased with the quality of work done! I moved further away from this salon since coming here and still make the drive every few weeks to get my nails done here!
My first time going to this salon was 1 week ago!I was so happy they got me right in and my nails looked great! Now only a week later and my nails are chipping and the polish is peeling off. If I could give this place negative in stars I would! I've been to other salons that were not good but I do have to say this is the absolute worst!
I love my nail tech. My only minor complaint is they do not do creative nail art as a standard AT ALL. So I have Tony do my nails and I upgrade them myself at home. I like to call it a collaboration. Yet I'm certain many people simply want their nails done how they want and that's it. I also go to Elite because they're nice, clean, and do a detailed job BUT without the creativity. So if you simply want your nails done plainly but nicely, they got you. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.
It was great that I could walk in and get my nails done, but the woman who did my nails cut me not once, not twice, but 3 times on the same hand!!! With the grinder! Needless to say, I will not be back for her services.
