Great atmosphere to meet up with family and relax. A little too bright however, maybe dull the lights or turn a few off perhaps as it's very intense when you walk in ????
Great local pub, standard selection of drinks available. Pool table in the bar side, avoid being roped into killer pool though.
Great atmosphere and the staff & owner are just lovely. If you ever go to Lerwick, Marlex is the prefect watering hole.
This is a nice pub but strangely had no background music so the atmosphere felt a little weird. A TV on or some BGM would have made it so much better.
The bar has two rooms. I prefer the R 'wing' - it looks like old fashion pub with a 'heavy', warm brown colours... Very cosy.
