Do NOT buy ANYTHING from this store. The return policy is non existing!!! They don't tell you that when you buy!! They care nothing about the customer! Take your $$$ elsewhere!!
I find it completely unfair that they don't allow you to try on wigs now. I can handle them. Put them by my face but not try them on.
If that is the rule fine. But then to say you do not give refunds once purchased that is bring a crook. I bought 2 wigs and went to my truck with no other option and guess what they didn't fit correctly at all. I am stuck with junk that cost $300
Diva sweet lady first of all. Never get the individual lashes done by Diva though. I never knew your eyelashes could hurt. I called to have them remove and she don’t do removals. The lashes were clanked on by gorilla glue it feels like. Yellow substance from the glue started showing. I’ve had individuals before and have never experienced pain like this or any yellow anything ????♀️

I've been shopping at Diva Beauty Supply since I relocated from Greenwood to Simpsonville and everyone I have came in contact with there have been Very Nice and Very Professional, I went in on last Friday August 6 and I was look for a short wig. I found the wig and wasn't sure about it, but Mrs.D let me try it on and I Absolutely Love it, it fit me well and I have received some many complements. Thank you Mrs.D and Staff.
Diva is the kindest most helpful person you’ll ever meet! I’ve been coming here 20 years and she’s always the same. The entire staff is excellent. Definitely go there for all your hair and beauty needs!!!
