My experience at Distinguished Gentleman- II Barbers was lackluster to say the least. I was in town on a layover from work and was in desperate need of a quality haircut as I was headed to Paris the following day. I arrived around noon to which there were a few cars and maybe 5 or 6 people with two barbers working. I entered and said hello as they both were busy and asked how long would it be for a walk in. I got the response just a few people in front of you as to be expected midday Saturday however, who knew it would be almost 4 hrs before I was seen. During that time there was no communication on my “spot” in line or if I should leave and come back at a later time. It’s extremely disheartening because as a black male there were at least 2 barbershops closer to my hotel however I believe in supporting black business if at all possible, but we have to do better with service. It only makes me wonder if I would have sat at a “different” establishment for 4 hours with no signs of communication. The haircut was sufficient however I could have saved more of my time, as I had other errands to run, and gotten better treatment elsewhere.

I saw this place many of times, because of riding my bike on the rabbit trail, after the only Barber that has cut my hair passed away in 2021 , looking for someone else I finally stop here and all I can say is Dreek is my next barber , that I can trust to razor my beard, even though he tells me to take off my Dallas Cowboys cap before I come in Lol ????, it’s all good

I brought my two Sons and Nephew to this shop in January 2021 and was VERY impressed. Earlier in the day, my Nephew's hair was trimmed at another barbershop and they did NOT give him a true haircut and left patches. The gentlemen here not only corrected what was done, they gave him the true fade he wanted. My Sons' edge-ups were just as good. Thank you SO MUCH!

Man - these brothers were so real. I was having a terrible time in SC, until I came in there! My man B, and the sister NayNay, had a brother lookin handsome by the time I made it back to Telluride, Colorado. From "Scam Newton", thank you folks! Peace!

Greg the owner is a terrible barber! He rushed on my on head. Did not give me the haircut I wanted. Pushed my hairline back and left lines in the back of my head. I’m a Master Barber was in town staying downtown and needed a haircut seen the reviews of this barbershop and said why not.... worse decision of my life. When I told him about his errors he acted like he didn’t hear me and said “huh”.... I told him just to let me out the chair. Do not go there is Yoo value a quality haircut. Now I have to let my hairline grow back thanks to Greg! Smh....

Since about Feb 2020 my new barbershop. Drico has filled a void since my barber retired and began a career in trucking. Perfect cuts every time ! Did house calls during the pandemic lockdown ????????????????????????
