I came as a walk in and was assisted by Diane. She is not talkative which is okay because some people don't want conversation I however, am quite the opposite at times I did initiate the conversation she responded gracefully. She was very gentle and patient with me especially since I wasn't understanding her directions. Overall the spa is very clean and it's plenty of pedicure chairs. I wasn't offered water but I had my own which could be the reason or the more obvious reason yucky Covid. I ONLY got gel paint on toes no spa so very limited on how their work is. The music was pleasant and relaxing. Two employees looked sleepy waiting for customers haha For just a quick stop in I'll give them a 7

Everyone is always so welcoming and in a great mood. They accommodate to your needs and what you want (: if you’re short on time (like me) they will do both (fill & pedi) at the same time. Def recommend this place all the time!

I’ve been going here now for the past 6 months religiously every 2 weeks for a fill. Today I had JOHN. BEST NAIL tech I have ever had! The shape, thickness and paint job was absolutely perfect. From here on forward ONLY John is allowed to touch my nails. They are STUNNING!!!!

I was sick of driving over an hour to get my nails done in the valley (I live out by Florence) so I went to Dip Nail Spa out of recommendation from my friend. And I’m SO glad I did. I walked in needing a gel manicure and a pedicure they were able to accommodate me quickly despite having multiple large parties. The young woman running the front desk was beyond helpful - I told her the type of color I wanted and she brought over several options. Helen did my manicure and her attention to detail is impeccable - I had several broken nails and she made it look like it never happened. I can’t wait to go back - and very happy to have found such a great nail salon closer to home!

Best massage chairs ever! Even you don’t have an appointment, they can get you in right away. The Rejuvenating Spa pedicure is my favorite. They use fresh citrus fruit during the massage portion that’s so refreshing!

It was my first time going here and i have to say i loved it. my nails were significantly shorter than they usually are (i usually get acrylics but wanted to strengthen and grow my natural nails out) and the tech did an amazing job at making sure they still looked great. when she pulled the color she made sure i liked it, then checked with me a few more times about the color and shape of my nails. unfortunately i did not get her name, but i made sure to remember what she looked like for next time. dip was $45, which is about the same as any place these days. definitely recommend this place for manicures.

The atmosphere in this salon is always positive and friendly. The staff and owner go out of their way to ensure your comfort and see that your needs are met. The Spa Pedicure is a special treat and my Dip Manicures last FOREVER!
