This has been my nail spot for 3 years now, I moved and tried another place, but my nail tech is a perfectionist, so of course I won't go anywhere else. I must point out that I have never had an issue with any other nail techs there, I have always been treated respectfully. It does get busy during weekends and after 3pm-6pm. They use gloves and masks when working. Their tools are always new each time I visit. The bathroom is clean, and making appointments is easy as well. I haven't had any bad experiences with them so all good in my books. I recommend ????
I love this nail salon, 1) they are very clean compared to many other salons that I have went to. 2) They are very friendly, no hidden fees. The price listed is the price you pay. They also do not charge a $1 fee like other salons. 3) if you make an appointment, they honor it. You’re not waiting 10/20 minutes to be serviced. I really love the salon, I travel the extra 20Min to come here for my pedicures. Highly recommend
I’m not from the area so this is my first time here. They took me in and were so friendly to me! I absolutely loved it here. Jenny, the nail tech, did an amazing job with my pedi and nails. I loved how patient she was with me because I also had my 5 month old with me! Would definitely recommend! Thanks Jenny!
This place was amazingly great ...I came out of work late on Christmas Eve 12/24/19 and they squeezed me in as they were closing up. Four staff worked on my manicure, pedicure, eyes and lip ...they did it all in record time . The manager also gave me free lotion and $5 gift certificate for Christmas... I was a first timer... I'm definitely making this my new spot! They are clean and accommodating❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Unfortunately, they filed my nails down way to thin and all my nails cracked the next day. Not a great experience.
I was visiting my grandma here in Long Island when I came across this place.I’m happy to say I found my go to nail salon.I will gladly make the trip here from Manhattan.As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by the man in the front.All the ladies here are so nice and patient.I had a picture of this nail design I wanted and she re-created the look perfectly.
First, let me say I’ve been a religious customer for over 2 years. But I observed certain changes and behavior in the service they provided for the past couple of months. I thought I could ignore the attitude(s) from some of the staff, but not anymore.
Anna, who was my go to for my manicure actually gave me a reason to stop coming here. While she was prepping my nails, I asked her for the colors to pick my choice and she utterly ignored me. The man at the front desk had to let me know someone was using it. While she continued with my nails, I pointed out my finger was sticky due to the glue she used. Rather than acknowledge what I said, she ignored me again and went ahead to take the glue off. Now my question is why was I being kept quiet? I’m not a hard to please customer, but if you render services, your attitude and the way you treat your customer(s) goes a very long way. Anna never used to be this way, not sure what went wrong. Sadly, they lost a customer.
First time going here and first powder nail experience, Anna was very nice and informative ! Booked her again for next month !
