Great food, cocktails and service. Prices were very reasonable too. We visited on a Sunday night and it was fairly quiet. A hidden gem.
Lovely last minute booking here . Wasn't overly busy for a Saturday evening, staff were attentive and welcoming. Dishes were well presented and had gluten free options for my partner. Was reasonably priced too.
Visit first time after renovation they had. Had Veggie Enchiladas and Beef Chimichangas, plus a few cocktails. Food and cocktails were good and arrived quickly. Atmosphere and service were good too. Prices reasonable
Colourful Mexican cantina serving a good selection of dishes. Friendly servers and nice ambiance. Food was of a good standard and portion size was large. We used a Groupon voucher and very much enjoyed it.
Second visit yesterday with friends. Food was again very good. Restaurant however was very quiet. This did not stop our enjoyment though.
OK, lets start with this is not a market, its just a restaurant with a big menu.
We wanted to try the new Medley Market for lunch, Unfortunately its like the owners have watched too many TikTok videos of funky Camden restaurants where the owners have a passion for food without the ability to deliver on what they are promising.
I ordered 2 pulled pork burritos & their "Crispy corn tortilla chips loaded with shredded cheese, queso, pickled jalapeno, fresh coriander, a choice of protein, pico de gallo and your choice of sauce" and Chips.
What I got was tortillas from Sainsburys with melted cheese on top and chopped tomatoes (No sauce, or flavour).
The Burritos had no sauce (Spicy or otherwise), sour cream, guacamole or any type of flavour at all!!! it was just meat, rice, cheese and a bit of lettice.
The pulled pork was tasteless as it hadn't been marinated or cooked in anything, it was just the meat.
Those are the cons.
The pros:-
Looks like they spent some money doing out the restaurant "Market", but that's not going to fill my belly.
The amount of pulled pork in the burrito (flavourless as it was) wasn't too bad.
Summary:-
Would we go back, probably not.
Medle market is a lovely and cozy place, a restaurant serving delicious dishes from Mexico and chicken burgers from Korea. Tacos, Chicken Wings, Boneless chicken Strips and many other delicacies. With a glass of wine or beer, I recommend!!!
What a amazing atmosphere and professional restaurant I would definitely go back staff very welcoming and friendly the food is out of this world
