I went in today for a pedicure and a new set. The nail tech who did my pedicure listened to me and what I wanted and did a great job. Also the nail tech who did my new acrylic set was awesome too. I should have gotten her name. She removed a very bad dip powder set I had on from another place in town. The new set is amazing and my expectations were definitely met and exceeded. I will be back!
Leave your kid at home. This is for us to get away from them!! I love this place and Danny Diane and Anthony are all great.
I’ve had bad experiences with other nail techs but Anthony does a GREAT job each and every time. He pays attention to detail and takes his time to ensure I walk away happy.
It is hit and miss when you walk in here. I have been several times it is usually busy and occasionally I sit right down at a chair. I am usually happy with the work. Having said that managing the customer is the failure. I cam in sat down in the waiting chairs wanting a basic manicure, only be to asked to sit at a desk and forgotten. I saw they were busy. You could have at least told me how long. Instead you moved me so it did not appear to backed up and forgot me. The time could have been used to have soaked my hands. After 15 + minutes I got up and left with no one asking or saying anything to me.
Anthony is THE BEST! I just had the best French gel manicure and I wish I had tipped him more ????
Altough I agree with the last reviewer that you typically have to wait when you have an appointment, making it silly to make one. BUT, the quality of their work is worth it. I have tried several salons since moving to New Mexico and Tina was the only one who has been able to do what I asked. If you want "Dip" nails and a certain shape, this is the place to go. Just expect to wait.
Note that I am not thrilled with the selection of colors for Dip, but have not found a salon in this state that has tge selection that I am used to and can provide a great result like this salon.
I’ve been going to this nail salon for a few years now but anytime I’ve ever made an appointment, they can never seem to be on time. I’ve made three separate appointments within the last few months and every time, they’ve been at least 30 minutes or longer in keeping me wait. Two of those times was really frustrating because I had appointments after. It’s partially on me for continuing to give this nail salon chance after chance, it’s just super convenient from where I live however I will not be going back to this place of business. Please do not allow the option of making appointments if you cannot stick to the dedicated time slot and respect your customers time and money.
Was my first time trying this place. Happy with my nails.
