Joyce does an amazing job! I’m new to eyelash extensions and did went with the classic and she made my first two experiences great. She does this so effortlessly and flawlessly and she is definitely in the right business. I will continue to return to Joyce and I can already tell this will be an addiction to lashes ???? Joyce is the best. Takes her time making sure everything is close to perfect. Love the lash/brow tint and lamination /perm curl for brows and lashes. Lasts a long time, 8 weeks plus if you follow directions given at checkout. Would highly recommend!!
DON’T JOIN the MEMBERSHIP! I’ve generally liked the results of the lash extensions. Both of the lash technicians are good. However, the reason for my lower score is related to the management. I joined the membership they advertise and after about 3 visits, had to miss several months (4) due to an eye infection. When I returned, I had accumulated a lot of money credited to my account. I asked to cancel so no further money would be taken out, which they did. However, they’re requiring me to spend all the credit within 3 months. My extensions generally last about 3-4 weeks so I am unlikely to use the money I’ve put in. I called the membership services at the corporate level and they told me they would be happy to extend to 6 months, if the owner was agreeable. Unfortunately, the owner said “No” and that I could just use my balance to purchase other products or services (that I don’t need or want!) So I guess I’ll use the balance on my membership and reconsider whether I want to do business with them once my timeframe expires. I definitely will never purchase their membership again and I wouldn’t recommend that anyone else buy it. It definitely wasn’t worth any small savings I got and it’s very frustrating to be told that I have to use the money for things that I don’t want in order to not lose it. Not a great way to keep loyal customers.
Jazzmin did a wonderful job doing my lashes. It was my first time getting them done and it was a really good experience definitely recommend it and will be back!
My experience at Northville Deka Lash was awesome. I would definitely patronize this establishment again as often as I am able to. Jazzmen was phenomenal. Her customer service was top notch and loooove my lashes.
I’ve had a membership for over a year now and this place is absolutely fantastic! Always clean and professional. Alayna is the best! Very sweet and accommodating. No issues with my lashes when she does them. Aftercare is very important too. Overall, I am extremely happy as I usually don’t stick with any place this long!
