I honestly love this place so much! They always do a fantastic job for my eyebrows. Anytime a customer leaves, they say thank you a million times because they are so happy with the services provided. The staff is very friendly and gets done in a timely manner. The prices are definitely worth it too, I tell all my friends to come here.
I have been coming here for a couple months now. I come get my lashes done every two weeks. I had a problem with one of the staff members, but I was able to come back and get my lashes fixed the exact way I wanted them. I love the younger girl with glasses, she does an amazing job with her work & has excellent customer service! for the prices this place is great! I will continue to come here.
Was my first time coming here. The lady was nice enough, not sure her name.. Long hair, older woman. Didn't have to wait, that should have been a clue.. Have never had my lashes done before so I told her just something natural. I did the little short individual clusters. I didn't really look at them until I got in the car. But my daughter who is more knowledgeable about lash extensions than me, immediately asked why I let them use all this glue. She says all my natural lashes will probably fall out now, because of the insane amount of glue used. So I sure enough looked online and it says you really shouldn't see any glue at all.. But as you can see in the photos mine are caked on there.. And it is VERY OBVIOUS they are not natural with all that glue showing. I didn't know any better. And I REALLY hope I don't lose my natural lashes. Don't make the same mistake as me!
I've been here a few times and I had a really good experience the first time but after that it's been bad. I went just recently and asked for my eyebrows tinted. She asked if she could do threading and I said no I wanted to use wax only. She used wax but after she tinted my eyebrows she went back over them with threading. I was bleeding it hurt so bad. With the tint, I asked it to match my hair color. It was like a sandy blonde when I wanted it to be a darker brown. The color is fine after she fixed it but my shape is so uneven and spotty. I feel so uncomfortable with my eyebrows because I look crazy - I have no idea how to fix this. Lastly, they kept talking in their language and felt like they were talking about their customers and not to their customers. On that note, they are very affordable but with poor quality! Definitely won't be back. The only thing good about whole situation is this is that it's only temporary then it fades 2-3 weeks.
I've gotten my lashes done by Ashi and each time they are beautiful. I get 13s which are more natural rather than dramatic and I've gotten so many compliments on them it's unreal! She is quick but her attention to detail is still spot on. and very friendly! I won't let anyone else do my lash extensions! 10/10 highly recommend!
1st was great this time a different girl with glasses did my lashes and I look like a clown so much glue my eyes keep watering I look like a clown she did awful ..Do not let the girl with glasses touch your lashes I'm literally in pain fr all the glue she used
I wrote on Google chat need to schedule an appointment. A person answered back and asked what I needed. I told them eyelash fill in. I told him I didn't know what kind I only had them done one other time. He said we will take care of you don't worry. Walk in 10am-730 pm. I went in the lady said her ride is there she is leaving early. I showed her he didn't make an appointment he told me walk in now she said my eyelashes are long I will need an appointment when I would have made one had he not told me I don't need one. She was rude talking to me very hateful. I won't come back or recommend
They look really nice, the lady was very nice and helpful. Very clean inside! My only concern is she used lots of glue which may cause some of my real lashes to fall out, still i highly recommend this place :)
