Worst customer service of any salon in Atlanta that I’ve been to. After a busy week at the hospital, thought I got out early enough to finally get my eyebrows threaded and made the mistake of coming here first. There was one woman working, wrapping up things with the one seated customer while 1 other person sat in the back. I asked about getting my eyebrows threaded to which the worker laughed and said appointment only. She said there’s a sign outside with the hours and phone number you can call, should you suddenly have an urge to randomly call ahead to know that they are appointment only. There’s no sign outside saying that, you would only know by coming in and seeing a small sign while they laugh you out of their empty salon. For a business that looks like they’re hurting for business, I was taken aback by the rudeness. I didn’t expect people to be as welcoming as in NY but this was unprofessional and ridiculous for a 5 minute service.
Save yourself the time and hassle and go upstairs to Natural Identity where they will at least treat you like a human being. My eyebrows turned out great at Natural Identity!
I have been coming to this place for over 9 years now. Aunty does a great job with eyebrow threading. My husband even liked getting a haircut from Aunty. We live out of state now but still we try to come here once a month or whenever we can. I highly recommend this place. Please call and make an appointment first.

This is appointment only, which I didn't know, but she was super sweet to fit me in since I was already in the area! She did a great job on my eyebrows & this will be my go-to salon!
Very calm and clean place, excellent service and courtesy, very organized. I have wavy/curly hair and she gave me the perfect haircut. She suggested what would be good for my hair and took into account my concerns and requirements too. At every stage of the haircut she not only paused to get my opinion and satisfaction but was also not afraid to refuse it if it was detrimental to my hair. She maintained my hair length and since my hair is curly and tends to shrink upon drying she cut small portions of hair, got my opinion and then cut some more if needed. All this for an affordable price! Will definitely go there every time and recommend others too, especially fellow wavy/curly haired friends... Also, she did not try to sell other unnecessary services!
I come here to get my eyebrows threaded when I’m in the area. Usually I never have a problem but this time I guess I went at the wrong time and got someone who could barely understand me. I went in with extremely thick eyebrows that have been growing for months. I thought, “ok they can shape these very nicely since they have a lot of hair to work with.” Wrong. The lady made me go from luxurious thick eyebrows to straight thin eyebrows. I didn’t realize how thin they were until I got back to my car. I wanted to cry! They were so uneven too but I couldn’t do anything to them since they would have looked thinner. I am so disappointed. Do not go here especially if they have workers like this! You never know which illiterate person will do your eyebrows! I literally said DONT OVER THREAD!
Kareema is amazing! She always gets my brow shape right, she’s quick and efficient, and extremely detail oriented. The price is amazing and she has the friendliest demeanor. Would recommend for anyone looking for great and consistent service.
Always love the eyebrow threading here (going on 11 years). I’m clear about wanting a clean up (what I want to see), and get what I ask for, plus they will clean up areas if you ask, too. Good conversation with the owner and the women who work here are kind.
