The team at Crystal Nails is very polite, professional and provide a great selection of quality services at reasonable prices. They make their customers feel welcomed and do not cut corners. My nails always lift near the cuticle as my hands are always in water and this shop does a great job at fixing this when I get a fill-in.

Reading the reviews I thought this nail shop would be amazing but i was completely wrong me and my sister were cut with the tools several time when we said something a simple sorry was said my nails are uneven and all different sizes I paid $56 for this and I’m am completely disappointed I do not recommend anyone to go here

My nails were rushed and look terrible waste of time and money! They look uneven and not shaped right. I asked to get them redone or my money back and she only gave me $10 off. Ridiculous

If I could give a zero I would. The acrylic nails were so bad that they fell off a week later and took my real nail off. They where not organized and did not have much. They didn't even put the powder all the way down, most of my nail was still showing. Also they never asked how long or short I wanted them they kept cutting to what they wanted. The nails were not even, and looked so bad. I would not go to this place If I was you!

A huge thank you to the ladies of crystal nails! My nails are always beautiful, my eyebrows are perfect and tonight I got the best pedicure I've had in years!! I could go on forever about how happy I am with the service I received tonight. Thank you again for being so caring and talented!

I went last Friday and got a full set. A couple days ago my left pinky nail came off and then earlier today the left ring finger came off. I have multiple nails lifting. I called after the first one came off and was told they would fix it but I have two kids under 2 and getting out is difficult. Not to mention why have them fixed when I’m having issues with more then the one nail. I feel like I wasted my alone time day and money. I’m just going to go somewhere else I think n have the entire set taken off and redone. The staff is so friendly I feel bad I wasn’t satisfied with my nails.

My and Traci both did a great job on my nails Ive been here 3x and it's the last 3 times I've needed any nail services done I must say I'm very happy and comfortable with coming here as I have been to many nail places in Dundalk I like most that My is gentle with my nails and is a very kind woman..Also, today My squeezed in me last minute right before closing shop she took me in...Thank you again, My and Traci, You ladies Rock!!
