It was our first visit. Christina was very professional and kind. She answered all questions prior to my daughter’s appointment and the day of the appointment was stress-free. The salon is beautiful! Everything was in order. We had an 8:30 am appointment and we were out at 10:30 am. My daughter’s hair was beautiful for her Sweet 16 Party! She received a lot of compliments. I highly recommend this salon.

The salon is beautiful and has great customer service! The stylist my wife and I go to is Landa and she is amazing!! She is very sweet and takes great care of us every time we visit her. She is very talented and we love her spirit. We have never had a bad experience and always feel and look great when we leave.
Christine and microlinks... that's a hard NO. The install was terrible. I had to go get it fixed 2x the first week! The tracks were continuously coming out. The hair sheds more than any hair I've ever had. This was the biggest $500 disappointment EVER. The $50 weave shop was much better. I mean for the price point you'd expect
to at least be able to wear it for 2-3 weeks...not the case here. STOP...save your money...turn around run if you must.
I am ALWAYS pleased when I walk in and out looking and feeling fabulous with my stylist. She is very skilled and professional. There’s never a long wait time, always effective communication and most importantly she and her stylist have an exquisite eye for hair. Im never disappointed. I had an appointment on Wednesday the 24th@4:30pm and Christina called me and cancelled. So she rescheduled the appointment for the next day which was Thursday the 15th@2pm, she called and cancelled she said she was no where around well I found out differently by mistake. So she rescheduled the appointment for tomorrow Friday the 26th@2pm. I went by the shop to see if there was someone else available to do my hair and I saw her about 1:10 p.m. and ASKED IF SHE WAS OPEN AND SHE SAID YES WHAT DO YOU NEED? I've been so upset each time we've had to reschedule. Are you for sure you're going to be able to make the appoitment tomorrow at 2pm? I just don't want to get discouraged again. This is what I was told! Are you the lady that asked me about the makeup today? And first you cannot ask anyone else in the shop to get your hair done when we already discussed about rescheduling you for tomorrow. I'm glad you saw me earlier! You seen me dropping off stations like I told you through the phone. Now I'm not able to do your hair at all and no one at the shop is available as well, please find someone else to do your service please and thank you! This is after I already went and spent 200 dollars on getting the Extensions put in my hair like she told me to do.
