As I was checking the hours to this nail salon I have been going to for about 5 months now, I realized how bad some of these reviews are. I am not the one to typically leave reviews but I can’t let this place have all of these bad reviews. I have been going biweekly for the past 5 months to get gel acrylics. The guy who does my nails always recognizes me when I come in and it makes me feel glad to choose this business. He always takes his time and makes sure I am happy with the service throughout the whole process. Prices never change for me, unlike some people have said. My nails always stay in tact and trust me I’m rough on my hands ???? I have never once received bad service from here and I’ll continue to come back to get my nails done.

The people were nice. But my pedicure was rushed and mediocre at best. Had a fill in done. They weren't shaped the same. Nail tech didnt smooth the base near my cuticles on most of my fingers. Not the worst nail salon experience I've ever had, but definitely poor craftmanship

I just had my nails done 3 days ago with gel polish and my nails has broken and my polish is chipping and coming off. This is the worst I have ever seen. A waist of $45 . I nails usually last 3 weeks st a time when I get them done elsewhere. I will never go back and would not recommend them to anyone. They are not friendly at all.

Went there for a polish change, and the rude, unprofessional female tech had an attitude because I asked her to add more polish to a nail...I will never go to this place again. I have never seen anyone with such terrible customer service skills. There's too much competition in this line of business to lack the #1 element of business...GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The could not do my daughter design choice and we were treated poorly after tech said she could not do it. I placed my nail polish on the shelf and I was chased outside and accused of taking 2 dollar polish they lost a big sale and a future great tipping client. I will share this as I felt like we didn't deserve to be in thier establishment since she couldn't deliver a nail design.

Okay, today was officially my last day going to Asian nail salons. I walked in just now to get a nail take off. Which is priced at $10 on the wall. This is the same nail salon I have been faithful to for 2 years & I ALWAYS tip good when going. Anyways, I sit down with the owner He’s getting ready to take off my nails & looks at them & says that’ll be $15. I turn around & look at the sign & ask how is it $15 when the sign says $10. He proceeds to make up some excuse saying that it’s because I have powder & not gel. Which doesn’t make sense cause I’ve Gotten a take down with gel before for $10 & a take down with powder for $10. So I was like I’m still not understanding & he says “ you can leave “ & pointed at the door. Oop, okay then.. you don’t have to tell me twice. I’ll go back home & soak them off the old fashion way. So if you’re seeing this & are in the Columbia, SC area… do NOT go to Creative Nails on Columbiana Drive across the street from the mall. Very unprofessional.

I came by this nail salon with 2 friends. Once we walked in, we asked how long of a wait it would be and they said 30 minutes (we understood since we didn't have appointments). We ended up waiting for 2 hours even though people who walked in after us without appointments for mani-pedis had come and gone already. Once we finally were seated at the manicure chairs, the woman who was doing my nails continuously left to serve other guests (working the register, waxing eyebrows, etc.). I understand that it can be stressful working with only 5 staff members, but it would be advisable for them to just take the customers that they can (rather than refusing to turn away service for a few extra bucks). For the price of $45 (not including tip), I did not receive the nail look that I had wanted. The polish doesn't reach the bottom of my acrylics, some were applied crooked, and the nail shape (almond) was overly sharp- resulting in me having to come home and file them the way that I had wanted them to look originally (this still did not help the crookedness of multiple nails). While I appreciate that they apologized for the wait, it does not make up for the unprofessional service that my friends and I had received. I will not be coming back to this establishment and you shouldn't either. Save your money.

I've been in this salon twice, but I won't be returning. Went with a friend both times, and the first time, it was great. I had pedicures done both times, and the girl I had the first time was fantastic. Unfortunately, the second time we went, they were soon to close, and rushed to complete our services. Both my friend and I had issues after the fact, and it was likely due to them rushing to get us finished instead of providing quality work regardless of closing time.

Neither one of us want to go back anymore, and they only get a 2 star from me because first time was really good.
