Costa has always been my favourite chain but it took a while to get served regardless of it not being overly busy and there being a lot of staff members on. I had to wait to double check it was my drink that was ready as it had been placed on the side without them shouting what it was that had been made. The drink itself was done well but customer service can definitely do with some improvements.
Has a lovely vegan cheesey sandwich here. I get a coffee here on occasion. My fiancé got the espresso which he deemed decent but he is former coffee shop owner.

Good atmosphere, wasn’t too crowded or cold and comfortable seating, good for revising in. Only issue was the seats were a little low for the tables but wasn’t a major issue.
I ordered a peach iced tea which was slightly more expensive than Starbucks but still tasted good and wasn’t too icy.
All the covid screens have been taken down, the place looks good.
Only thing that let's it down is the noise of the coffee machines - these were much less noticeable when the counter was screened. But other than that can't fault it x
