Full Sets always are to my liking.
One bad experience thus far (made them lose a star) ….
Went for a full set and pedicure… Pedicure lady is taking her time (yes we all love that)
..but then it becomes 45 mins then an hour
And in the midst of all this in walks another customer for a full set.. (My toes still needed to be painted)
Why does the owner of the shop try to and does start the woman who walks in with a full set?
Nails were not done that day and again full sets are to my liking so I’ve returned
The staff was very nice and I love my mani pedi. I got regular polish on my toes and a fill in and gel polish on my hands.

Went to get my nails done this past Wednesday at 4:15pm. Very few people at this time. I paid $30 ( + $5 for one design ) for nicely shaped coffin acrylic nails by Tiffany. I wouldn't mind coming back to get almond shaped next time. Be very precise with what shape and color you want. I didn't really think out my vision and I ended up going to another salon to repaint my green nail to red.
Very nice place. Customer service is excellent. Workers make conversation with you and treat you with the utmost respect. They take there time to make sure your nails are nice and the shape is perfect. Precision is great with them. Application of artificial nails and nail polish are very very great. No complaints. Would definitely recommend. TIP: Pay with cash because it’s cheaper. Some of the prices I remember is:
-Eyebrows: Cash $5 Card $7
-Artificial Tips: Cash $25 Card $27
-Manicure: Cash $7 Card $9
-Filling: Cash $15 Card $17

Today was definitely not a good day with Cool Nails. My only wish is that Tiffany would hurry and come back from her vacation before these people she left running her business are going to make it go out of business. There should be absolutely no reason why I come to the nail salon at 10:00am and not be out at 2:11pm. STILL WAITING! I am furious. Only 3 people working in here and they are moving like snails. People have things to do on a Saturday at that. I will not come back here if Tiffany is not present and that's a FACT!
Tiffany, I believe she is the owner, she is very rude and has a very short dismissive tone when she speaks to customers and there has even been times where she doesn’t even look you in the eye when she speaks to you. She needs a major lesson in customer service. Their work is good but with lack of customer service, how can you expect customers to feel comfortable? - the last observation I made here was that they need more employees. The wait for a simple pedicure or acrylic/gel set is over 2 hours sometimes. Most times she’ll tell you to come back in hours or the next day.
Visiting LI and needed my nails done ASAP. TIffany was amazing and came up with a funky design to match the waves of my vacation. I’m sad I can’t go here on a regular
