Mr. & Mrs. Kai are so nice. They're professional and they massages are on point! Soon as I pull up they have the pedi water already running for me and knows my polish color. Sorry they're relocating, but since it's not far I'll be returning as usual for my monthly service.
Awesome customer service! My daughter and I came in right before closing . And they still took the time to do our pedicures, nails and waxing. They could have easily turned us away which would have been understandable. As it was a Sunday.

The best place to get your nails done! The bonus is, they are all amazing here! I would definitely recommend coming in to get your nails and feet done
Apparently there are 2 coco bays in Waldorf I accidentally called this location looking for 2 techs to do my nails from the other location. The lady told me that I had the wrong location and no one there worked there by those names. I then asked her could anyone do my nails and pedicure at her location, she told me again that I had the wrong location and then hung up, so I called back to clarify that I realized I had the wrong number but jst needed someone to service me. When I called back a man picked up and told me not to call back again because I have the wrong business. I don’t know what that was all about but it’s bad for business because I could of been a new client of theres but now I would never call back or refer anyone
It’s always a great experience when I go to this nail salon. BTW, this is the one on Leonardtown road not the one off Crain Hwy. I heard bad reviews about the other one and decided to go to this one instead. I will be a repeat customer.
I had to come back to revise my review. Initially I loved Coco Bay nails. But after going multiple times I realized they might not be the best. Each time I’ve had to have my nails fixed. The first time this happened it was because my nails were not fully painted on the sides. Instead of adding paint they filed them and they still looked crazy. Today I went back because they have a policy if in 3 days anything is wrong with your set come back. My nails were cutting into my skin and two had the paint chip. He did a terrible job fixing them. Now they look worse than when I first got them done. Highly disappointed. If he hadn’t been so temperamental and followed his policy I would still be a customer. Now my nails look crazy and I’ll have to pay somewhere else to redo them.
Being from NY & new here I can say I found a place that is very welcoming love how they treat me. I like the way they do my feet & eyebrows . I definitely recommend
