Do NOT recommend. Saw a woman named Cindy who was taking off old dip polish and she cut my nail so far down into the quick that my finger hurt for hours after. I told her I would prefer to have them soaked off and she refused. I had to leave at the beginning of the pedi. Do not recommend. The salon could have been cleaner as well.

I have only had good experiences! Omg this is my third time and I can officially say it’s my new salon

Update: I hate when good things come to an end. My pedicures has hit a strike 3. 3 different people all unsatisfactory results. I have a 5am flight and can’t even worry about the correction but I do wish I had not tipped ;(

Before today my manicures were done very well but I am going to try a new salon or return to my old one

I have used this nail salon for the last seven years. The technician did a really poor job on my gel manicure this past Thursday. Went back today to have my nails redone by a different tech and they wanted to charge be an additional $20 bc I asked for a different tech. Why would I use the same tech? Is their responsibility to ensure all techs are capable of doing their job. Sooooo… disappointed in how the situation was handled.

I’ve been going to this salon for two years and everyone here is amazing! I always get stunning sets and I’m always getting compliments. I come here for every occasion and they always impress me! They always try to make my set as similar to the example photos I show them but when they can’t they offer plenty of other beautiful options.

I will NEVER be back I paid for a pedicure and a full-in and I’m not happy with the service I had gotten both at the same time lady said she didn’t have time & I was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE ???? I do stay near here but I’ll keep going where I won’t get rushed and where the service is good

I made an appointment. Got there the person was booked. After being notified they were booked I was already in the pedicure chair. A gentleman comes over to me and says she can do dip and then but French on top. Which isn’t the right method and he knew that because I always come into the shop. Then he asked if I could come back. I live in Raleigh the shop is in knightdale plus I had plans. I told him no and I wish I would of known all

Of this before I got in the pedicure chair. I will never be back. They can barley do nails. There has been several occasions where I ask for something and they can’t or try to do it and it come out looking a mess.

Absolutely HORRIFYING!!! Daughter went in for eyebrow waxing and a chunk of her eye lid was ripped completely off. She is in extreme pain! Called and woman who did the waxing said there is no owner or manager there. Then I spoke to a man who said bring your daughter in and we will talk. What??? A chunk is missing out of her eye lid that hair does not grow from! Worst experience! Contacting licensing board, filing a formal complaint.

I had never tried this place before, but decided to go with my mom for a pedicure a few months ago and have been going here since. Service is typically pretty nice, and my pedicures always come out so nicely. I’ve gotten 3 different acrylic sets from this place. Twice I had Toni, and he did an amazing job! Unfortunately I don’t know the names of the two nice ladies who did my most recent acrylics (shown in photo), but they did a very nice job. The only bad thing is that she hurt my cuticles by tearing up the skin with the drill. I know it was an accident, but it is quite painful. Other than that, I really like the place, and will most likely continue going here.
