This is the only nail salon I go to ... because every time I go in there the place is always clean and disinfected. The professionalism is amazing. The work to me is flawless and they treat you like family. Most of all my boy TONY get me right every time no matter what my nails look like. That's a 10/10 for me

I'm giving my nail tech this 2 stars. He could Haber madder myth nails look wayyyyyy better of he would have spent like 15 more on me. There was only one other person in the store and they charge uh Lil to much for what I got at least!

Client beware!!

I went there for a toe polish change. They told me 25-30 minutes. I waited 50 min. The male employee (i wont call him a mgr) was very rude!! I asked to have the polish all the way to top of nail and that began a rant from him when i also asked for some dirt removal. If you dont get a high price service this is how you are treated! No tip and never will go there again! I work with some girls who go there and they agreed about his bad attitude. NOT CLASSY!!!

I have been going there for about 15 years, but today is probably my last day patronizing them because of this new management. All I ever get is pedicures (with "diamonds" on my big toes) and my eyebrows waxed. Old management never forced me to use use gel nail polish. This new manager swore on my last visit that the diamonds would last longer with gel polish. Although I'd never had problems with regular polish, I allowed him to use the gel. He failed to tell me it cost $15 extra! Today I went in for a pedicure and they refused to give me diamonds because I didn't choose gel polish. I then asked the guy to free-hand a pretty design on my big toes. He said he didn't know how, and that it would be at least 30 minutes before someone else would be free to do it. I asked for the manager. I told him I never used gel polish for 15 years until he came along and tricked me out of $15. He argued with me LOUDLY that I knew the cost before I agreed to the polish. I felt disrespected and unappreciated. I can spend my money elsewhere. O

Never ever again. Never. My nails looked terrible walking out... she cut three of my cuticles with the dremel and kept right on going when I said it hurt. Didn't file the excess acrylic off (see ring finger of right hand) around the nail bed or underneath the nails, either aand she left bubbles on the ring finger of my left hand which now makes it look dirty all the time. The nails are also too thick and don't look at all natural which I specified before she started! Such a painful, poorly done experience. I won't be back and don't recommend anyone spend their hard-earned money here. I will wait until my cuticles don't hurt and go elsewhere for a proper nail tech to fix this embarrassment.

They did a wonderful job with my nails and pedicure. The guy who did my pedicure he got all the callus off my feet.He took his time and throughly got it off my feet. My nail turned beautifully . I will most definitely be back to get my nails and feet done again.

Sealant for the last step of the service so the nail tech put Gel Top Coat on top of nails and placed ne under a UV light then he told me the services would be $40 and he charged my card for $46... I Will Be contacting the BBB.

I got a $ 40.00 pedicure and ended up paying $45.00, they have to many "costs" that they don't tell you about BEFORE providing a service. I was charged $3.00 to take gel polish off of my toenails, which I thought was part of a pedicure. I will NOT BE BACK !!!!!!!!!
