The lady was nice, but she told me $50 and charged me $55, which isn’t a big deal, except for the fact that I couldn’t get the color I wanted (black. i just wanted black, and somehow left with glitter and green after mentioning it several times, but being told no black when I saw multiple black polishes on the shelf). The shape is super uneven and not the almond shape I asked for at all. The nails are all cut to different lengths, and most of them are noticeable oval & not almond, or anything near it. I asked if she could do a simple spider web art on one nail and she said no, she didn’t know how. I appreciate that she wasn’t willing to do something she wasn’t comfortable doing, I just wish she would’ve turned me away completely if the nails were going to be so far from what I asked. She told me
she would give me a discount since nothing was what I had asked for, and she then charged me $5 more than the original price she had told me. I truly hate writing bad reviews of local businesses, but this experience was so far from being a good experience, I wanted to leave in tears. I was there for 2 hours for a simple acrylic set & left with nothing I had asked for.
