Tim is amazing he did hand design. The owner has attitude, but overall a great facility. Definitely a very busy facility and you can feel the hurry up tension between employees but these nails are fire. Would I come here again not for myself personally other than to see Tim for a nail design. I'm all about good customer service through.

I found this place on Yelp and I always love trying new places and I was blown away with this place. When I walked in they were so nice and checked me into my appointment. They got me seated right away and started working on my nails super quick! Cindy was so sweet and gentle with my nails, she was very careful around the cut on my finger and took her time with my nails. She did such an amazing job and was so sweet when i changed my mind on the length. She did this design better than the picture I showed her! She was so sweet and careful with my hands, I will definitely be coming back!

Saying I’m obsessed with my new set would be a vast understatement! A big thank you to Cindy and Chloe for making my nail dreams come true! Perfect fit for our upcoming trip to Hawaii. Both ladies are very talented and passionate about their work and are kind and respectful as well. The salon itself has a beautiful aesthetic and clean. I wish more salons would look this modern and stylish. They also leave the door open so there is no strong smell of acetone like other nail salons. I am delighted with this first experience and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend them to everyone who appreciates high quality nails too!

Beware! Super Painful!! I went in on Saturday, Nov 12, 2022. And I wanted to get a pedicure and new acrylics. But the lady that was taking off my nails ripped them off!! I felt like I was a horse, the way she was taking off my nails... she took a nail tip and started prying off the glued on nail and left my nails shreded, and some of then got ripped up to the quick of the nail and were left bleeding. It was so painful that I asked her 3 separate times to stop and just soak them off(my friend who i was with, asked her 2 times as well). But she just looked at me and then ignored what I said and kept going! And she didint even take the last nail off bc i think she was upset that i kept pulling my hand away.They also burned me with one of the hot stones when giving me a pedicure. I am livid that they would treat a customer this way!! Now my nailbeds are ruined. And to top it all off, when I asked for them to trim the shredded remains of my nails, they charged me $10 to fix their mistake on top of the pedicure.

Everyone is so nice and they offer you water every time. The spa chairs are really comfortable. They are offer dip powder for your regular nails and acrylic. If you make an appointment they stick to it and you can make your next appointment while you pay.

Every time I visit Cindy’s Nails I leave super happy!! Cindy, Chloe, Tim, Hannah, everyone is always friendly, and they do a fantastic job. I’m very picky about the thickness of my dipped nails (thinner is better) and the shape, and all of them have done excellent. When Hannah does my pedicures nothing is ever painful and she is gentle but very effective with ingrown nails. I have tried many nail places in this area but this is the spot.

Have gone here for multiple years and they always do such an incredible job! My fills last me at least 3.5 weeks and the pedicures are incredible. Will always recommend this place!! Gotten so many of my family/friends to start coming here as well and they all agree!

Worst nail job ever… stopped in while my daughter was at pole vaulting practice and had Kelly for a regular SNS dip manicure. I chose a nude color and when it came to the clear coat (most important in my opinion), she ended up smudging two nails by touching them too soon. I pointed this out and she buffed them out and tried again. That still didn’t work and she was in such a rush to be done she smudged them again while touching them. So she then decides to buff them out and put GEL top coat on just those two. I requested them all be done in gel top coat for consistency and she got irritated. She buffed quickly and said “if you want gel top coat, next time tell me before hand”. As if this was MY decision. She quickly applied sloppy clear coats and placed me under the light. I left and knew immediately I was going to hate them but was limited on time and she had already attempted to correct 2 other times. I paid and tipped her very well because I am true and respectful to the service industry. I am posting to warn others that this may not be the best spot for a quick “walk in”. Kelly, especially, does not take the time necessary to achieve quality results. My nails are clumpy and multiple friends had comments immediately after. I will post a pic for visuals. This is unacceptable. This is literally my FIRST negative review I have ever left because I never complain, but I am so disappointed and hope to help someone else avoid the time and money wasted that I did.
