Do not waste your money, time or dog's health!!! Took my 6 yo yorkie for a grooming and when we picked him up he had his eyes closed. Went home and he kept rubbing his eye and kept shaking his little head. I figured it was the perfume or shampoo they used so I showered him. Went to bed the next day he was the same. Coming Monday his eye was complete shut. Long story short he has a corneal ulcer caused by an eye infection and/or trauma to the eye and can possibly lose his vision. Contacted the groomer and the "Owner" had the nerve to say he already had "conjunctivitis "! HA he is also a Vet I guess!?. Do not waste your money as they do not take responsibility for their doing. The Owner told me a lot of people try to make money off them or have them pay for vet bills. So offensive in every way possible. Horrible customer service. Horrible way to run a business.
Me encanta llevar a mi perrita Marilú a este lugar , vale la pena manejar 50 minutos para llegar por que el servicio que ellos te ofrecen es muy bueno, dejan a mi perrita oliendo tan bien y me gustan los moñitos que le ponen además las personas en este lugar son tan amables, antes de conocer este lugar visite otras estéticas para perros y siempre me he decepcionado. Lo recomiendo mucho

Entiendo que “Miranda” llevaba nudos, expliqué claramente lo que no quería y cuestione si ellos podían hacer un corte con ciertas cualidades y dijeron que si.
debo aclarar que si ellos hubieran dicho “NO” ó el precio es diferente lo hubiera pagado.
EL resultado fue exactamente lo que EXPLIQUE que no quería!!!
A demás, que Miranda tenía una herida leve en su uña que tuve que cuidar y limpiar ellos no dijeron nada.
Ustedes son responsables de nuestros perros desde el segundo 2 que los ponemos en sus manos, su servicio es bueno sus habilidades no me parecieron satisfactorias.
Honestly if you have a big dog, don’t waste your time here. They charged me $90 and only showered my husky. Didnt trim her hair, didn’t cut her nails just made her smell good. When I told them about her hair not being trimmed they threw a big fuss! Saying that husky’s hair can not be trimmed. First of all, yes they can, they CAN’T be shaved. Second, 2 years ago they trimmed her perfectly at this place so it is just the new staff that doesn’t want to work.
Ps: I took my dog to summit animal hospital and they did a fantastic job. Even charged me $70 not $90.
by far the best grooming service ive been too... i truly trust these ladies with my boy. i wish they would consider opening another location further north. ("cough" Portage park) or if they offered mobile service i would definitely take advantage of that service... someone convince these ladies to expand business please....
I have taken him for a couple of times now and they groom him well, he comes out smelling really good, his ears are also cleaned good and they always put on a cute bandana ????
Update:
It seems like the staff have changed, and there is definitely more dogs they need to attend. I waited 4 hours for his cut so I even called and that’s when they told me he would be ready in 20 minutes. The pets are for the majority of time held for wait times. They also didn’t trim a piece of fur on his chin he looked funny, I paid the basic $45. Still happy overall though he comes smelling great with a cute bandana
