The food excellent as are the potions sizes the people are so friendly, only problem I have are the chips are not cooked enough for me so I cannot have any everything else 5*,, delivery prices are good as well

Have been going for over 12 years now. Food always good and great portions. But they have lost me as a customer. On 2 separate occasions now I have been overcharged. The owners daughters work behind the counter and one of them has overcharged me on two separate occasions. Didn’t really notice the first time just thought it seemed a bit more expensive. On second occasion I picked up a menu and checked the prices. On both visits she had overcharged me by £2.00. I should really have gone back and challenged her but, to be honest, I was more upset that annoyed. Have been going there for years and never a problem. If one of the daughters is that desperate for money let her keep it but they have lost my custom. I suggest anyone using this establishment check how much the meal should be if served by the younger members. Such a pity as the food was always good but I will never use again..

Delicious food and the best I've tasted yet. I would highly recommend their king prawn balls with sweet and sour sauce.

Not what I ordered. I chose sweet and sour roast pork as stated on the menu. The man serving corrected me and said sweet and sour pork I restated no roast pork and pointed at the menu. When I get home it was talking battery which I didn't want. I will not go there again

Wrong order. We ordered veg spring rolls as my partner is vegetarian, she ate half of one and realised it contained meat. She then rang up to let them know and ask for the correct order, only to be yelled at on the phone with no apology, and claiming we did not order vegetable ones. Extremely rude customer service and will not be ordering from here again.

Just ordered a take away asked specifically for no mushrooms due to being allergic to them. Been delivered, started eating and had the plate taken off me as I was eating as my friend found it contained mushrooms, when I rang to contest this all I got was getting screamed at down the phone.. bad customer service....
