My nails were did on Saturday morning by Sunday evening they look like i need a fill in and these are my natural nails. They're version of NO CHIP
Absolutely awful. This place has continued to decline since the original owner took I’ll several years ago. Customer service is non existent and the disrespect they attempt to have customers tolerate is completely unacceptable. If you value being respected while paying for services received please stay clear of this establishment.
Today was the worst as my daughter and I waited an hour to get told we have to wait another 30 minutes and then a costumer from the streets walks in and they take her right away. We guess you have to be known to get proper service

Very rude and unprofessional! The men techs are very rude. Needs better management. Just lost ANOTHER customer.
Poor service had to wait 15 min for the lady to get done eating. Very little selection of regular polish all dried and old. And I asked the young man there to check and see if my nails was dry and he just looked at me and turned back around to what he was doing.
Horrible I took my daughter here to get her nails did the pedicure was perfect her nails horrible polish around her fingers and when confronted the male nail tech began to go back and forth with me a woman at that in front of my children the other mail nail technicians didn't even interfere to just him up and also when stated the customer is always right he replied no your not and when I walked away my daughter heard him use profanity to me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WAS NOG THE ONLY PERSON TO COMPLAIN ABOUT SERVICE
I would like to make it a 5 star because Luis did an excellent job on my dip nails but the tech on the Pedi need more training overall friendly service but too much talking in native tongue very rude to guest. Use your translator if you want to know. Not nice.
