the customer service that I've received here is excellent , the energy in the work space was very calming and positive and so were the workers. While getting my nails done the person was being very persistent with the details on each hand and took their time to finish. 10/10 recommend

I went on a Thursday afternoon as a walk-in and they were happy to take me. I got a full set done with design and they charged me less than they would have at any other place and they did better service than any other place has done for me. The design came out beautiful as you can see and I will definitely go back.

I had already made an appointment on the phone and gave them the timing, when I walked in they didn’t even have me written down..?? I asked for a simple design, came out absolutely horrible. They filed my nails harshly, there was still glue from the flimsy tips they applied on me, the acrylic wasn’t even filed properly it was done so poorly to the point where my nails looked fat and bumpy. They filed my nails so harshly that I had DENTS in my nails for 2 months straight. If you want to get your nails done here don’t I’m 15 and I know what it’s like to get nice nails done but this was horrible

I walked in with a picture from Instagram and pearl understood the assignment lol she has the sweetest personality and wonderful energy she treated me with care love their customer service skill’s definitely have a new client !

Chi and Pearl are amazing!!! They are such genuine and wonderful people and amazing artists! I love going in now with a rough theme - summer or Halloween and a price range and they do the most beautiful designs!!! They always knock it out of the park and I always get tons of complements on my nails and they last for weeks! No more of nails chipping off in a week or two. This is by far the best nail salon in the east Bay Area! My BFF takes her 89 yr. Old dad there for a pedicure every couple of months and they are so gentle and accomidating with his physical disability and he raves about them to all of his caregivers.
