I went in there the other day with my boyfriend looking for a new wig. There was an Asian lady and I asked could I try on the wigs, she said yes so I thought sweet I’m looking for something specific. After walking around for a while, there was a black lady working that came out and she was saying to the Asian lady “ you’re not supposed to try on the wigs” she was rude. Before I even found the way she insulted me by saying what are you looking for something for Halloween, I wear wigs all the time. I finally found a wig, not happy I couldn’t try it on, but instead of asking me, if I want anything else, she had a guy take it up to the front. I saw another wig that I thought I might like instead she was like no I don’t like that one she was not helpful she was instead discouraging. My boyfriend and I looked around for a little bit more and then we went back to look at the human hair wigs, which I already know are more expensive than synthetic she said you might change your mind when you see the prices and then proceeded to say you might as well go online on Amazon you can get them a lot cheaper. I heard her saying negative comments when these other ladies were looking for wigs, not good customer service.

I was charged with 15 items. I got home and only counted 14. The missing item cost $26. Fine, I called and asked was something not put in the bag and left at the counter. Long story short, they checked the cameras and reviewed the receipt with me....ok what is missing because I dont have it and I checked my car. I just think $26 is a lot of money to just give away to a store that I spent over $200 in already.

Too much its overwhelming! I took a long time to select 4 wigs (I'm picky) the Korean lady was helpful and took stuff to register for me to continue shopping. The black illiterate sounding chick put all my selections up then couldn't go back and find what I had previously selected. She wasn't helpful or apologetic. I won't be back

I have been to numerous I mean numerous Beauty Supplies the prices they are selling their wigs for is absolutely ridiculous

Customer friendly service is terribly lacking. You can’t try on wigs nor find a mirror to see how it looks on you. Chairs are “broken” so there is no sitting to look in the one mirror. There is no return or refund on merchandise purchased. Who buys a wig without trying it on? I won’t shop ever again here.

Followed in the store. Do not let you try on any wigs.

My wife loves this place. The have the best selection of wigs and a huge floor space of beauty products. I always find something new when I come. They are a bit strict with their guidelines on 'try before you buy', but all in all, this is a great place to shop and find some amazing deals on beauty products especially for ethnic hair.

I LOVE this beauty supply store. I go often. I like to purchase their nail polish. They have an incredible variety of colors. They're very inexpensive but are high quality.
