Came in for the only nail removal service offered, which was soak off. The only service provided was ripping the nails off with clippers. My friend was in pain during this entire service, which she stated to the man several times. He then stated a soak off takes a longer amount of time. We told him he weren't in a rush and that he didn't even ask if we wanted them soaked off (we assumed they would be soaked off, as that's the only removal service offered). He then tried to charge the price of the soak off. I do NOT recommend this salon to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went to this shop bi weekly for around 8 months I saw the same nail technician every time. During my last and most recent visit in July My technician scrubbed my feet until they had red abrasion marks that formed blisters and peeled painfully for 2 months straight. I have no prior history of this and actually have photos of my feet before and during that pedicure and after the pedicure

I went there for a regular pedicure. nothing fancy, cost was 50.00. Worst service I ever had. The technician was only concerned about carring on with her Co workers. The water was cold. She didn't paint the big toe nail correctly. The bottom wasnt painted all the way down. I had to ask for her to exfoliate the dry skin on the heel and she cut the back of my heel and didn't get the dry skin off. I wouldn't recommend this nail salon to anyone
I love this nail salon! They make me feel so relaxed and welcomed. Vivian always does a great job with my nails and I always receive compliments on them! I am so thankful that I was recommended to this nail salon!
Truly the best nail salon I have ever patronized! It’s very clean, they are diligent about covid protocol, everyone is very friendly and accommodating- I’ve never felt like I was being talked about or laughed at, they have an updated, large and excellent selection of matching nail colors- dip & gel and they always do an amazing job! There pedicure chairs are large and comfy with great massage features too. I’ve always left relaxed and very satisfied with my mani/pedis. I can’t think of a bad experience or comment to mention!
I found this place around summer 2021 when I initially came, I loved their service and atmosphere. The second time I came, my nail tech wasn’t very pleasant which surprised me because the first time she was very sweet etc. This is my 3rd time here and I just felt so uncomfortable . I was the only African American woman in the salon and they just stared at me as if they wanted to say what am I doing here. I probably won’t ever come back.
Lee is the best and does a great job with my nails! I thoroughly enjoy my pedicure and manicure every time! Her pedicures are so relaxing. Lee takes her time and really takes pride in providing great service to her customers. She wants them to feel “beautiful” when she’s done - her words. Very satisfied client!
