Ms. Darlene is fantastic! She is good at what she does and she is fast. Her shop is cute and clean. Her and her staff are professional and nice. I highly recommend her services to everyone, you won't be disappointed.

Can you even believe this before and after was achieved with one days notice and 5 short hours of hard work? ???????????? Darlene is getting all of the applause from our family!

I called the day prior to my appointment and told her I was visiting the area for two weeks and needed her assistance ASAP. She booked me an opening (7 hour slot) for the very next day and it was an easy drive of just 56 minutes from Morgan Hill to her location.

Darlene’s skill and master loctician knowledge was exactly the expertise I was looking for. Her kindness was the cherry on top! Oh, and she finished two hours early!

I was very comfortable the whole time and we enjoyed some deep and positive conversations all while enjoying some stand up comedy and then a movie.

This was just the medicine this momma was craving! Darlene took my 4 month old messy dreads (I think you can spot the photo) and turned them into a dreadlock masterpiece (multiple photos).

I got my crochet braids done by Ms. Darlene on the June 29th and I fell in love!! She did an amazing job on my hair and I was not dissatisfied. She’s did it under 3 hrs and was really gentle and caring for my hair. She made sure I was content, happy and she was patient through it all. We had a great conversation while I was there also and she’s the sweetest most caring person to get your hair done by.. It’s been almost a week and it still looks like it was done yesterday! I’ve gotten so many compliments on them and I highly recommend her services! The inside was beautiful and spacious as well. It was worth every penny! I will for sure be coming back in a few months.

I found Braids by Darlene by an internet search - I especially was looking for someone/someplace that braided a lot of men's/boy's hair since it was my teen son who wanted braids. I saw many photos of both men and women so that sealed my choice. Darlene communicated quickly and clearly with me and set up my son's appointment with Angela. Upon talking with my son and seeing a photo of what he wanted, Angela was able to do exactly what my son wanted. His experience in the shop also went well. I highly recommend Braids by Darlene!

A true professional. Her work is superb and clean. The environment is also clean with great space for parking. All at a reasonable price.
