So happy I found this nail salon! Had a last minute work meeting pop up on my end and they still accommodated me later that day (whew!) and my nail artist, Kevin, did the BEST job! Fast, clean work, great result, comfortable throughout. He was very kind and conversational--it was easy to see as customers came in and out chit chatting with the various techs/artists that this entire salon has a fantastic energy! Love my mani and happy to have found my new nail place ❤️ Thanks, Kevin!!
I'm a fairly new client, and have been in 3 or 4 times now. I prefer a bit more nail art, so I ended up being referred to Bella by my first nail tech who has a bit more experience in that area. I appreciate that he was honest in that he didn't have the skill level required to create the nail look I was going for. That's far better than trying, failing, and disappointing the client. She does a great job with shape and design. There have been a few small imperfections, but I've been very happy over all. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable, and they have a boisterous sense of humor. I've also observed that they have forged personal relationships with many of their clients, and they remember you and reference previous conversations. Barring a serious misstep on their part, this is my go to place for a great experience and pretty nails.
My regular nail places closed so I was trying somewhere closer to home.
I didn't have high hopes based on past experiences in new places, but man did they prove me wrong.
I'm on radiation and my nails are paper thin, they were very careful and listened to what I wanted better than most.
Reasonably priced, very well done, fast, and they're so nice. I'll definitely be going back.
I sent my wife in to get a pedicure. $50 later and it looks terrible. Called and spoke to the owner and he was unwilling to do anything about it. I was kind. He was kind. But at the end of the day he doesn't stand by his employees work. Won't go back. Very very disappointing.
Had a fill done by Kevin today, and they are amazing! Everyone there is funny and witty, so the people giving bad reviews must just not have a sense of humor. I've had plenty of bad nails done elsewhere, but I am so glad to have found this place! Book ahead of time, they're likely booked out several days.. I made sure to schedule my next fill before I even left today. Can't wait to try a pedicure there next! ????????????????????????
I did not have an appointment, but was hoping for the best. I popped in around 12:10 and was told they could get me in at 1 pm. No problem! Browsed around Walgreens and came back. I sat down with Bella and told her want I wanted, and she went straight away to work. She is very efficient and makes certain to correct errors when noticed. She works very thoroughly as well. Paying close attention to my cuticles and shape of the nail I desired. I did some research before I came and they are rated among the highest in the area. I will definitely be returning. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable, and pricing is fair. Thank you for the great work Boutique Nails!
I went for my birthday and had never been before. Everyone including some of the other patrons were friendly and wished me happy birthday. My pedicure was nice and relaxing. The place is small but clean and has all the things you'd enjoy at a nail salon. They are out of my way but I plan to go back this weekend! Worth the trip across town.
I got a pedicure here over a month ago and it was a great experience. Friendly atmosphere, good massage chairs, and excellent service. Over a month and no chipping at all! Very pleased. I’ll be scheduling another pedicure soon! :)
