Do not come to this establishment
I was charged for a service I didn’t want
They overcharged me for a pedicure when I didn’t ask for any upgrades. They didn’t even do anything extra than what they usually do for me so I wasn’t aware of it. Until I had to pay for it. I told them I didn’t ask for that and they told me I still had to pay for it because I received it. Nothing extra was done so I’m unsure how it was a upgrade. Very dissatisfied.
I will definitely be contacting my bank because I was overcharged and they refused to take the charge off even when I told them I didn’t ask for that upgrade
Very disappointed.
Finally found my nail lady! Stacy is THE BEST! I will never let anyone else touch my nails! She takes her time, listens to what you want, friendly, and all around a great nail te h and person. She also did a great job on my eyebrows! Highly recommend Stacy!
My husband and I got pedicures. Wally did my pedicure. He did a fantastic job
I wanted to get my nails done by my favorite nail tech but she was not available, when I refused to let a less experienced tech do my nails they got offended and started to talk about me in their native language and then my usual nail tech messed my nails up and gave me cuts on my cuticles on purpose
This was 2 weeks after coming in and getting a colored acrylic set i experienced a lot of soreness ND tenderness and I guess its because my nails were filed In half I have to get the rest of these nails off my fingers immediately
I came here because I read the reviews and gave me hope... never again.. paid 55 for this... she cut my cuticles with paper scissors and left acrylic overlapping my cuticles... this place is really bad. Stacey needs to go back to school. Had to take them off immediately as soon as I got home.. went to crystal beauty bail &spa off Tropicana!! Ask for Cali she is far more experienced than these people. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY !!!
I been here multiple times and every-time they did me good. I will continue to come here. John was very excellent and great customer service
First time here and it went amazing from the moment I walked im i was greeted and John amazing man started on my nails he is awesome i love my nails and the pedicure was amazing as well i really recommend this place
