Not sure her nails were cut or filed but she loved the attention and loved the way her nails looked. And that is worth 10/10.

Was cut multiple times. Previous nail polish was not removed all the way so the edge of the Acrylic nail had black around it and made them look bad. Most of it was filed off after I told them I didn't like it. Still has some on the edges. Nails were not filed straight.

Love getting my nails and pedicures here. They do a great job and I never feel rushed.
I told her to wax my eyebrows with it natural shape and she took more then necessary. Also, she is so aggressive when toching you and tilts your head. Horrible experience!
Made an appointment and they were running behind which sometimes happen. Came in for a pedicure and acrylics. I thought all pedicures included some form of exfoliation/callous removal but I thought wrong. Massage was fine. I basically paid $35 for my toes to be polished and a paraffin dip. As for the acrylics I said at the beginning of the pedicure I wanted a natural nail, soft white tip and clear/pink top. When it came time to do the Nail I again was said what I wanted. Another gal was called over and I was asked to tell her what I wanted. Soft white tip, pink/clear/natural top. Feeling as though I wasn’t being understood I showed a picture of what I wanted. I will post a picture of what I showed the gal of what I wanted and the picture after will be what I got. My fingers look like they have marshmallow rocks. I will be picking up acetone to soak the rocks off tonight and will not be back.
The best thing is they ventilate the place while they do acrylics and stinky nail work. Prices are comparable and they are very nice here. Mani/pedi spa adult and children's. A wide variety of beverages are offered if you like one. Hard to understand their accent but they try. ????
I found this gem of a nail salon shortly after moving here two years ago. They worked me into the schedule, offered me a free beverage off of a long list of choices and gave me a beautiful set of nails. I do not go anywhere else. I've gotten pedicures and gift certificates here as well. The ladies are nice and its always clean. Parking sometimes is challenging but its located in a mini strip mall so that can't be helped.
Spent 2.5 hours here while they did my service and other people's in between mine...not happy. Shellac pedi and acrylic set with shellac polish. Notice the crooked french polish and bubbles on my manicure. Plus how thick these acrylics are is redicoulous.
