I don't like giving bad reviews but this is by far the worst chippy I have ever ordered from! No word of a lie it was absolutely disgusting! Shameful! How you can serve customers food like that is beyond me. What's worse is they actually have the cheek to charge higher prices than there local competitors who are way better in quality. They must be delusional!
Shocking chips were cold hard and the jumbo sausage (I use the word jumbo loosely) as a Richmond sausage was same size was stuck to the paper took to long getting the paper off so ended up in the bin. Sent my 14yr old in for them and he had to spend £6.00 to use his card. Won’t be going there again and 10p for the bag. Total rip off.
Waited 5 mins at counter for a walk in fish and chips, too busy juggling pizzas and kebabs to even recognize I was there. V poor customer service
Shocking customer service, yes even at a take away we expect a degree of customer service! Customer service is free, it costs nothing! When your food is ready, rather than speak politely they just shout "kebab!" ohh, you mean my meal is ready for me to collect!?! Come on, you could be a bit more friendly and polite.

Lovely food, always piping hot! My only criticism would be to offer smaller portions for the single person and have the sauces separate for the kebab but that is personal preference

Been getting food from billys for years, I don't know what's going on but every time he goes on a holiday break the food is disgusting cold late delivery when it turns up , this is my last meal from billys, he needs new management when he takes the night off ,
