When in yesterday after work and ordered 25 pretzels.

Five minutes later I was with a bag of delicious hot pretzels.

I did order a sausage pretzel during the wait.

It was so good I was finished in four bites.

I was going to buy another one but my pretzels were done and I was on my way.

Thanks guys.

Best pretzels in Delco. Can't beat a pretzel dog, or pretzel hot sausage for lunch. And summertime grab some water ice, and a half dozen pretzels, then head out to the park with the kids. Perfect

This place hasn’t been the same for a while now! I used to brag about their pretzels and when I went to get them I bought extra so I can share with others… not anymore! Today was the last straw! I went at 8:30am ordered 3 pretzels and when I opened my bag the pretzels don’t even look the same! They aren’t the same at all! Not good

The reason why I gave 2 stars is because I have gone to this store 3 days in a row around 6:30 AM and was told the card machine does not work. I have gone to the store 2 days after work and the card machine work. If they store only accepts cash then state that. I work at a school and trying to get pretzels for my students and the school does not give cash. week of 12/05/2022

My husband grew up in Media and remembers these pretzels from when he was a kid. They just don't make pretzels like this in California where we live now! The pretzels are always hot and delicious! We visit Bernie's every time we're in the area!

Looks like the top pretzel maker there is back working the pretzels are great now they were a little jacked up for a while but now they're great again! Very very good again!!!????

I really hate to leave bad reviews but i have to. I don’t know what’s happened to Bernie’s. I’m honestly disappointed. The last few weeks you couldn’t walk in to buy pretzels they were only filling phone orders. Went today bc was told they were back open for walk ins. I can not get over how bad the pretzels are. First off the price went up which is fine but the size of the pretzels are so much smaller. The pretzels were dry & i now have cuts in my mouth from the nasty salt they are using. They lost the two guys who have worked there for years. I think this plays a huge part in why the quality has gone down. Loved Bernie’s for years. But i think this was my last time going there

I went in the morning trying to surprise my coworkers with a treat I waiting for minutes no good morning the guy was making pretzel's he didnt acknowledge me at all so A couple of customers left
