This was my first time and I will definitely be going back! My hair was in a terrible condition, so much that I couldn't do it myself.... and finding this salon is a blessing as the staff is pleasant, the facility is cleaned and the younh lady who did my hair, she took the right amount of time to ensure that my hair was done perfect ????. I would recommend this place. It was a dark skin Spanish girl who did my hair.... very happy ????

I have been getting my hair done with Nathaly for years now, and she leaves my hair looking and feeling healthy and beautiful, I recently went short and the hair cut Nathaly did on me is beyond beautiful, I love coming to this salon as they welcome me like family. Wouldn’t change it for anything.
Let me just say I HATE MY HAIR! I just left the salon not to long ago ! I came in and wanted my hair wash blow and straighten… My hair was oily from some oils I had put in there to take my bond in out ! The stylist was gladly to assist me ! I did informed her my hair is oily .. she washed my hair about 20x no lie ! Usually it only takes about 4 wash and I’m done … but I do understand that I might have some glue still left in my hair … she than blow the back of my hair and say I need to be washed again ???? this will be the 25x she washed my hair but long story short she straighten my hair with my hair still being oily and told me to pay and she moved on to the next client like it was okay ! Very upsetting bc she did my hair before and I never had a problem! The staff needs better Communication skills and English ! Cause not everyone that comes there speak Spanish!
absolutely hated my hair. It was nothing like i asked for. I didn’t wanna get to upset so i just left. I ended up going to another shop spending twice as much to look somewhat okay. I showed them a picture of a cut they supposedly did from their google photos and let’s just say my hair was all cut off and i look a HOT MESS! Went and spent more money to at lease have somewhat of a smile. I’ll never return!
Oh and with the pandemic going on a lady had got from under the hair dryer and had rollers in her hair. As the lady took them off she didn’t clean them and put them back in another stylist drawer. Just gross. Also if a comb drops on the dirty floor they just put it back in the clients head.
This is a joke of a salon they just a bounch of chapiadoras specially if you want to get a haircut i showed up a hair cut to the hairstyles dayana and I specifically asked her of she can do the same hair cut that i showed her on my phone and she said yes that she can do it exactly the same and i did tell her that of she cannot leave my hair the same way to not touch it… whatever you do if you go to this salon do not go to DAYANA SHE COMPLETELY SCREW ME
Came in today from Orlando to have my daughters hair washed and treated they over charged me, I always come down to Miami to have both of my little girls ages 11 and 7 hair done and the prices constantly change and so does the stylist. Seems like everybody quit or goes elsewhere. The lady in charge today was extremely rude and nasty and spoke about me in Spanish not knowing that I’m very fluent and understood everything after I explained to them that they over charged me for a wash and treatment. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM OR REFER ANYBODY ELSE TO THEM. That was very unprofessional and to think I’ve been putting up with this foolishness for years. The last visit they cut my 7 year old daughter hair to short and uneven and the guy or owner tried to over charge me then. They really deserve 0. Do yourself a favor and FIND A BETTER SALON
La actitud de la peluquera FUE horrible y los precios MUUY elevados, es la tercera vez que voy, cuando voy es por emergencia y siempre digo que no vuelvo. Por un secado me cobraron 70 DÓLARES, lavandome yo el pelo. El dueño es muy amable, pero la peluquera que me tocó tenía una actitud HORRIBLE! Y SIEMPRE PASA LO MISMO.
