Bad customer service I half way open a pack hair to match and the hair fail out the pack as soon as I open it the worker watch me the whole time while I was in the there and accuse me of doing it I will never come back to any Beauty trends in Birmingham agin because ever time I come in there it’s the worst customer service for me and my clients

Nice selection of wig units, cosmetics ????, hair products and grooming aids. Asia, the sales associate assisting with the wig units is honest and helpful with her comments and recommendations.

I simply love this location; they are very friendly and helpful every time I come in.

I really needed to ask some questions of our personal hair stylist but there was no one there just the guy at the cash register and he really couldn't help so I'm thankful though they had what I need there
