NEVER AGAIN!! The owner is hyper loud and obnoxious. They want you to pay before you receive any service. They only accept cash and they make up prices. There’s no peace list readily available for you to see. They wanted $40 for a refill. Every thing they do is at an additional cost. I’ve never been to a nail salon where the harass you for money during their service. I mean literally stand next to you while getting a pedicure saying “pay now pay now”. They are rude and disrespectful…
Always so nice. The owner was great w my 10 year old son he got his 1st pedicure and loved it! They are also reasonable!
Its a sad shame that this place is lacking in so much quality. The customer is never wrong especially in this case. This girl messed up my color after waiting almost and hour between getting my feet done. Then when I observed the color differences between my feet and hands i inquired about the issues. After debating 10min about how the mood color changes verse not changing the salon owner implied i selected 2 different colors and then the wrong color. I protested that I pay for my feet and a clear coat and then she stated I needed to pay for the full services. I stated I didn't get the full service and was being reasonable by paying for what I did. Overall I walked away with and incomplete nail job and severely disappointed. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!
I used to come to this salon a lot when I lived in this neighborhood. I came to the salon today and my nails look horrible. I will not come back to this salon at all. I will take my business else where.
I'm 50/50 with this place. Sometimes they do a good job and sometimes it feels rushed, as well as sometimes the prices are high. I paid $18 just for a gel color change, no manicure and I feel like that is the price if I was going to get a manicure.
I come here ONLY for Eyebrows. The nail job is Mediocre to me for the High price they charge. They do not cater to the toes the way I would like, paint job look rushed compared to other nail salons in the area
This is a place I go when my normal place is booked. I’ve been going over the course of 4 years. The customer service has gotten slightly better. I like only Neo as my tech. Everyone else will give you a rush job. I don’t believe in the saying “ you get what you pay for” in contrary “ you get what you accept “. They have potential to be a great nail salon. Instead they give their bare minimum because they still get regular customers; when it comes to doing nails. On the other hand, they do great at is pedicures! I love their pedicures. Oh and prices change on a whim. You can go one day and pay $28 then go back for the same thing and they’ll try to charge you $35. Just a heads up.
In and out, no wait , eyebrows perfect. Great price n service
