This place is 4 times as big as Sally's beauty supply with much more reasonable prices and the same professional products. Plus they have tons of super cute hair things.
I like this beauty supply store, been shopping here for years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I getting discounts and have never had a problem with them. I will continue to do business with them. I love this store.
Beaty Max is truly a hidden gem. This little store has all things hair. As a mother of two growing girls. I frequently shop at these types of stores. This one is by far our favorite. They have a loyalty program. When you are making a purchase make sure to input your number and receive your points on your purchase. They always have the braiding hair we need. We can't wait to return to see what new items they have.
I purchased a half a wig that was suppose to be an ombre color because that is what the sales associate told me (black at the root part and fading into brown at the ends), the wig was all brown with a few strands of black. I came back to return it because it hasnt been 7 days and i did not wear it, they refuse to exchange it and/or they refused to give me my money back. So im suppose to be out of money and a wig i can't wear. I ended up disputing the charges.
Nice staff, great prices, and selection of hair products as well as apparel and jewelry. As a Licensed Cosmetologist, I appreciate that they offer a discount for professionals. ❤
Of all beauty supplies store in tidewater Virginia, Norfolk, Hampton, Newport News they have Higher prices with excellent service. They as other stores must stop labeling hair products as 100% human hair because human hair is costly and although their prices are extreme it does not meet that price range.
Beauty Max is my favorite place for hair products. I love that you can earn points towards discounts. Bruce is a great business man and the staff is friendly. I have never been followed or disrespected!
The workers are extremely pleasant and helpful. They have a very large variety in all areas (hair care, hair, cosmetics, etc.). There prices are really good. You'll find some prices being a less than most places.
