Would give no stars if possible! A friend and I went to purchase a wig and were treated so poorly by the woman in the wig section. My friend tried on a wig they were ready to buy in the mirror (where there were no signs discouraging try ons) and the woman working chastised us for not asking first and put the wig we were trying to buy away to the front register. After taking the wig out of our hands she disappeared to clean her hands with sanitizer. We were shocked and confused that she behaved so rudely and let her know we would take our business elsewhere. I’m not sure if she doesn’t want to service black people or not but it was an extremely uncomfortable experience for us. Try K Beauty Mart instead!!
Great merchandise but not a lot of help. The most hands-off beauty supply ever. I guess I should be happy they were not following me waiting for theft. Refreshing I guess.
I don’t reccomend shopping here. I was just in the store today and bought hair. Didn’t even open any of it and wanted to return it because it turned out to be the wrong type for my locs. THIS WAS THE SAME DAY. I spent $80!! And no one was at the counter offering me a return, just told me to look at the sign. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN
It was good. They have a full store loved it but I was there for a certain wig and didn't find exactly what I wanted but it's ok
only good employees seem to leave quickly. store should be run by adults but all i see are teenagers. lots of stuff in the store but never what is needed, lots of kids toys and odd buys.
Recently rediscovered this place and boy as I glad. My daughter is into hairstyles. And where we live, the products are minimal. We needed a certain hair for what she wanted and we found it here. This place has EVERYTHING! I could really spend some time and money in here. It is the Wal-Mart of hair products. I live about 30 minutes away but I do not mind coming here because I know we are going to find what we need. The staff is always friendly and we have a good experience.
They have good hair, but the employees are never on the same page and it’s frustrating. Back in December I bought too much hair and the same day I bought it I was trying to return the extra because it was pretty expensive and they said no returns. But told I went when I was buying new hair and this other lady said they’ve always been doing returns as long as it was unopened. So I was like what the heck. Especially considering the hair I bought back in December ended up being AWFUL AND CHEAP even though it was expensive :/
Great store! Well stocked and organized, I found everything I needed and the sales professionals were very helpful. Found the product needed for my wedding day!!
