Horrible customer service. The owner is rude. The hair and wig selection is bad. Don’t come here. I purchased two human hair lace wigs one was about $200 the other was $300 plus. The hair quality was ok but the lace was so terrible they couldn’t be worn. Do not shop here

No one ask if they can help you and makes you feel like a bother that you even walk in the door !! If you want to feel the hair they yell at you !!! Worst customer service actually zero customer service !!! If they knew how to treat customers it could be a good store !!! I will never go back ! The people that work here look you up snd down like you are trash !

Simply put.......all of the reviews of this store are accurate. If you want to spend your money with ppl who don't care about you and judge you based on the color of your skin, then so be it! I will not. I work to hard for my coins and I refuse to give them to anyone who displays poor customer service, I don't owe you anything. We have to do better and it starts by not funding businesses who want to treat us like less than. Have a Blessed day!!

I do not understand why this store, is still in business! I do not believe in paying for bad & poor customer service. I will drive out of my way to locate

a beauty supply store, that will respect me and appreciate my business. The store owners/management are rude and respond to patrons as if they (the owners/management & employees) are doing you a favor. Ten minutes before closing time, that is posted on the door, the door is locked & they will tell you they are closed, ridiculous. How do you sell products to a particular group of humans, that you have a lack of respect for? This store does not deserve our business & money!

They people watched you touch everything in the store. Very unprofessional and not welcoming. The lady at the register was ok. Will not be returning

Absolutely not!!!! Their prices are inflated, plus the sales people follow customers around the store and speak to one another on walkies about what is being touched/looked at. I cannot understand why the owners would open a business that caters to a clientele that they don't want to patronize their business. I do not/will not spend a DIME of my money there. As consumers, we have a choice. I choose to purchase supplies where my money and I are valued and I am treated with respect.

On website says closes at 7pm on Sundays/came all the way over here and the door was locked 5 min before 6pm..crazy

Went in there was willing to spend over 300 dollars but the service wasn't good and they wanted to require mask to shop. Couldn't and will not comply because the mask is a hazard to my health, since they did discriminate against my safety and health went somewhere else for me and my family hair products
