Update: I returned and the experience was much better. I was very pleased with the outcome of my brows. I was able to get my normal tech????
I've been patronizing this business for almost 4 years now and today was one of those days I felt I wasn't valued as a customer and was very displeased with the service I received. I hope next month they can redeem themselves because today I definitely left there unhappy with my brows. The moment I walked up the vibe was off, everyone was on their phone, so the minor greeted me and attempted to provide me service and she did not do well. I'm sure with more practice she'll get better. There was an older woman who attempted to fix the errors but she didn't do much better. I'm sure she could tell I was displeased because she didn't bother to ask if I liked it, she only walked me to the register to pay. As I stated hopefully next month they can redeem themselves, but if not I'll make that my last time patronizing the business.
Honestly i briefly looked at my eyebrows after i was done and thought it was okay but when i left and checked on my phone my eyebrows were not even and she took more hair off on one eyebrow. so one eyebrow looks more faded. they also aren’t the same length on both sides. I wish she was honest and fixed the problem I could tell something was off because she kept asking me if i liked it or not.
I know the eyebrows will grow back but it’s annoying bc i have to fix it with pencil everyday. 2 stars because atleast they were nice people but she should've fixed what she knew she messed up. it was dishonest and i even tipped. I won't be back, my eyebrows have never looked so bad. save your eyebrows and go elsewhere?
They Had A Little Girl Mess Up My Eyebrows The Day I Have Pictures One Brow Is Thinner Than The Other. This Is Ridiculous. She Changed The Arch Of My Brows And I Hate It. They Will Not Get Another Coin From Me.

Love Beautiful Brows and their customer service! Mita is a beast at threading eyebrows!! She’s the only person I let touch my eyebrows. Definitely worth every penny!
Mita always does a wonderful job. She's very professional and passionate about her work. She is very detail and I only allow her to do my eye brows. If she is not there I will come another day and time when she is there. I have referred friends and family to her and everyone that I have referred has been pleased. Even my sister from Jacksonville, Florida will only allow Mita to do her brows whenever she's in town. She has stated that Mita is the only person who can give her the look she wants without an attitude. We are forever grateful her and her service. Thank You
