Great service! I have been going to BB hair salon for over 5 years and each time I leave feeling great! My hair always looks great, it's affordable and they keep up with the new trends! Highly recommend.

I’ve never had a worst experience at a salon I called this lady on the phone to ask her if she could do a slick ponytail on my hair she told me yes and then when I got there we started working on my hair The whole time doing my hair she looked like she was struggling she was just slapping gel in my hair and spraying it with got to be glued she didn’t know what she was doing and then when she added the extension on my hair she just slapped it on put in some bobby pins and didn’t even care how it looked and then had the nerve to charge me $220 I tried to tell her I wasn’t satisfied with what the outcome was and if she could try and fix it she just proceeded to add more gel and spray Needless to say I was very dissatisfied with my experience and won’t be coming back

I scheduled an appointment with this salon on a few days ago ; long story short I arrived there about 10 minutes prior to my 10 o'clock appointment Someone else walked in after me also booked for a 10 am appointment it looks like they double booked. I left because, the person assuming that she is the owner asked to do the other person's hair before she started mine (in other words I had to wait about an hour or so gas if she was doing me a favor!) This was my first time there ; I did not feel like a valued customer so I decided to leave (the owner showed no remorse and didn't even apologize ) if anything the other customer was apologizing for them... This was 15 minutes past my “scheduled” 10 o'clock appointment... I like to support local small businesses , but I value my time and will hope that in 2022 that this business will have proper time management etc! Respect your customer's time and learn how to properly communicate if there's a mishap etc...

Went for my biracial daughters first haircut. Had to wait an hour past our appt time as there is clearly poor planning with other appts- obviously braids take a long time on others. Then, she singled my daughters hair in the front which I did not ask for, I told her the length I wanted it. Her hair isn’t evenly cut anywhere. Now, it’s difficult for me to braid and style. Horrible cut! I’m so disappointed, will never go back!!!

My first time to this salon as well as my first time ever getting braids. Salon was recommended by my sister who has been several times for braids. The ladies are very nice and attentive. Katia did my hair and she did an awesome job. Would definitely go back if I decide to do braids again.

I was referred to the salon by a coworker. I called and got an appointment the next day. The woman who did my hair was very nice and polite. I got a crochet and the quality of the work was horrible! I wanted to like this salon as I said the woman was pleasant she even responded to me after I informed her how bad the quality was. I had missing hair in the back the braids were loose. The crotchet was not installed properly. I was unable to go back in so I took it as a lost which was not cheap, I would never return again or reccomend to anyone.

I love BBs hair salon, they always do an awesome job. There is often a wait but my hair always comes out looking great and healthy, worth the wait!!! I recommend this shop to all my friends

Sandra was the stylist I had my first visit. She was very attentive and took care of my natural hair. She understood and respected my opinion. She asked questions and did not assume. I had a blow dry and style. I got several compliments on my new style, as I never wear my hair straight. The owner and some of the staff talk too much [about non-hair related issues] in that place, but not sure what to expect [particularly on a Saturday] and when I hardly ever go to salons. I will probably return in a pinch, but my plan is to continue to care for my own hair. Thanks - Sandra!
