The foods look good. Coffee and tea are standard. The eggs not over good. The only thing that I feel a bit hesitate to eat is the sausages. It's deep fried, which is common in a lot of high street restaurants. Overall, it's ok.
I visited the Bay Leaf Cafe on Saturday 12 September 2020 for brunch. I was with two other people. This was my first visit.
The cafe comprises of a small main dining area with a good number of tables inside and out.
The team were friendly and I had no issues - we got everything we expected in good time and enjoyed the experience.
I enjoyed a tasty traditional breakfast. The food arrived hot, was well presented and tasted good. The food was good value for money, I paid around £9 for this large breakfast plus a mug of tea and an orange juice (cheaper options were available!).
Overall I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely come and visit again.

Great staff. Tasty food. Clean and well presented restaurant. The only reason it's 4 stars is I found the selection of breakfasts a bit strange. However, the staff were helpful and did some swaps.
This cafe is great for breakfast or lunch but be warned they get very busy as they are popular, great freshly cooked breakfast as always, it's the only place my Mrs will est for breakfast and we live in Broadstone 7 miles away but always worth the distance to travel they never disappoint, if your in the area go here for breakfast it wilm be worth lt
Always welcoming, helpful and pleasant, with good food at reasonable prices. A great local café experience with a vegetarian breakfast on the menu ????
It is so hard to find a good Cafe so I was amased with the stsndard of breakfast this place delivered to me and my son. Can without doubt recommend this cafe to anyone.
