I visited on 09/17/2022 I received two pedicures and a full set; I am not new to the area an I'm familiar with location but not the owners. This is my third try and final the first time I received a pedicure and full set , my pedicure was horrible and not worth it but my full set was amazing done by a younger guy . Which lead to my second visit where I received a emerald green full set by the same guy; I loved it. My third visit it I arrived about 12:45 and didn't leave until 3 pm. No don't get me wrong understand busy weekends but still no excuse when we came no one was really there there. We had to keep asking for Hot water for the pedicure once we picked out our service an older lady kept telling us what we were going to receive instead of what we wanted , i get up selling but that it was very pushy. The full set was done another mid aged lady who pretty much rushed my whole service. I have acrylic on my cuticles and my basic square shape doesn't look even and they don't fit my figure. Finally, when it came time to pay i wanted to use apple pay the lady said it was fine But started to get upset and snappy when it wasn't working. So I used my card which was fine but over all this place is a hit or miss and this was my last visit. I pretty much wasted $140. I will come back later and add pictures.

I’m new to the area. I wanted to take some time to do something nice for myself. I have been wanting my nails done for a long time and I thought what a great time and what a great place to get them done. Upon walkin I was greeted. The atmosphere was great. I was the only client at the time. The professional was very nice and patient with me as I took some time to find my nail color. Besides all of that. I’m writing this review because I’m not as satisfied with my nails as a customer paying $45 should be. Again, the lady was very nice. We even shared a couple of laughs during my visit. What I am most upset with is that she did not push my cuticles back nor take off the excess skin. Also, I washed my hands after the final paint was placed instead of washing after the drill. To get all the drill particles and file shavings off my nail before applying the base coat. Overall, to be honest, my nails look like something I did last week. Now, I’m not sure if it’s going to chip like it did when I did them, but paying almost $50 I expected better. I want to also mention I asked for a square shape which was not given. I will likely return with my daughter but I’m not sure if I’d sit in the chair again.

I went with my sister in law during my vacation a couple weeks ago and my pedicure still looks the same ❤️ I love the service, the water was warm, the young man was very nice and very observant. They offered me something to drink and gave me a free foot lotion pack to use ???? I would love to go here again if I’m in town in the future!

Today I visited Bamboo Nails Spa and Kathy was super nice. She pampered me so well while she made my pedi. She is so sweet and kind. I definitely will come back.

Love love love this shop! I’ve been to almost every shop in Indian Trail and by far this one is the best. I workout daily and have pretty long nails and I never have issues with them lifting and or breaking between appointments and I my nails last 3-4 weeks everytime. My nails have never lasted this well in the past. This set is almost a month old!

My sister and I decided to give this place a try since we are locals to Indian Trail. We will NOT return. Please keep in mind, I am typically not the person to leave reviews for bad experiences because I know sometimes people have off days and working in the customer service industry can be challenging, but with the horrible experience we had, I felt like others needed to be informed.

Our appointment time was scheduled for 10:15, they did not start on my pedicure until 10:45, and my sister’s wasn’t started until 11:20. When we sat down (at 10:15) our water was luke warm. We were not approached at all until it was time for our pedicures. The technician I had was very friendly but the pedicure was very subpar. Before she began working on my toes I asked if the water could be warmed up. It was such a task to get the water warmed up and it was STILL luke warm throughout the entire pedicure. The entire experience seemed rushed. The technician only massaged my legs for less than two minutes (both legs total). She did not touch my feet at all during the massage either. Not impressed at all.

My sister also decided to do the basic pedicure. When the technician finally got to her at 11:20 (an hour and five minutes passed the appointment time) she asked my sister what services she wanted. After my sister informed her she wanted the basic pedicure , the technician was extremely persistent about upgrading services. My sister had to tell her three times she just wanted the basic pedicure service only. The technician seemed very annoyed but proceeded with her pedicure. From the moment the technician sat down with her to the moment her pedicure was completed and she was being moved to a different chair to try was 10 minutes. The technician FLEW through her pedicure and was very rough with legs and feet. She also asked my sister twice more about upgrading services , which again my sister had to respond with no! The technician also snipped my sister a few times with the clippers during the beginning of the pedicure. My sister’s toes looks like a child painted them. In total my sister and I spent 75 dollars . Absolute waste of money and time. We will NEVER return to this place again.
