Worst experience ever! Very rude to my granddaughter. Quoted one price then charged another. Appointment set up verbally, then asked to send text. They never responded and gave the appointment away. Then said they never received the text message that was sent while we were talking to them! Rescheduled for the following day, then charged my granddaughter another $20! They never speak to you the entire appointment, won't even say good morning or afternoon. I've never seen anything so ignorant and rude. We'll never go back again!

By far my best hair braiding experience ever! I am so glad I found this place! I went to “O” and she did phenomenal work!!!! The salon is clean, everyone is professional, my braids are so full and neat! I love love love the service and outcome

This is the best African hair braiding store that I’ve ever been to I got some Fulani braids and they were so fresh for a long time. the shop was very clean all the employees are very sweet and well mannered. i love it !! will always come back

Ann did a wonderful job. I asked for knotless braids and that’s what she did. They’re beautiful and not tight. I will definitely return. I recommend this business and give it 5 stars!

My appointment time was 3p. Amie was ready to start upon my arrive. My crocheting style took about 1 hour & 15 mins. Very professional. Tips were given regarding maintaining & altering the style. I will go again.

This place was amazing! It was my first time and I was a little nervous. I had an original time and asked if I could be taken earlier that day and it was no problem for them to do so! They were so accommodating. My braider was great and quick! I got knotless and will for sure be going to them for all my braiding needs.

Not only did they get me an appointment quickly, my braids were done quickly and they are so beautiful. This was the first time I’ve had my hair done and it didn’t hurt afterwards. I will be back, they are my new go to spot.

Unfortunately, the establishment never answer the phone to schedule an appointment. I called for three days straight. On day 1, I left a voice message with details on the style I needed and to set up an appointment. I did not receive a callback. This swayed me away from trying their services. Customer service is very important to me. Not answering the phone and not return the phone call is step one of bad customer service!!!!
